In addition, the bedroom has its own remote-control operated ceiling fan for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has a new gentleman's height vanity featuring two sinks and quartz counters. The tub/shower combo is new with upgraded tile, glass tile accents, a grab bar, and an adjustable, handheld shower head.

The unit features a great deal of hanging hooks to accommodate wet swimsuits and towels.

The balcony boasts two Adirondack bar height chairs with a table to allow relaxed enjoyment of the breathtaking ocean front views. The balcony also features two additional chairs and a table, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Please note that our condo is managed privately. This allows us to provide you with an updated condo and a higher level of service and cleanliness. Our guests have full access to all of the outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, shuffleboard courts, as well as the poolside Tiki Bar.

Guests are prohibited from parking motorcycles and trailers on the property, and they will be towed.
