THE SPACE
This small but spacious studio apartment offers an open living room, kitchen and bedroom space. You will sleep in a cozy king size bed or on the comfortable sofa bed which is outfitted with a La-Z-Boy queen size SlumberAir mattress.

While you relax, you can enjoy in room entertainment:

The cottage location was perfect for walking to the square to eat, shop and enjoy downtown Bentonville. The host’s communication was great from the time we rented through our departure. If you’re there over the weekend (Apr-Oct), make time for the farmers market - absolutely amazing.

I would definitely stay at this guest rental again. It is a very quick walk to downtown, and only a 25 minute walk to Crystal Bridges. It was quiet and clean, and the owners really used the small space effectively. It literally has everything you need, even for a longer stay and very comfortable. And Bentonville is a wonderful town. We ate at The Preacher's Son, a renovated church with beautiful windows, and enjoyed an evening drink on the lovely rooftop bar called Celeste's. Crystal Bridges is also not to be missed. A great short trip.

Great little place, quiet and private. The interior dividedly into four types of living space. Kitchen and dining, sleeping, living room and bathroom. Everything was clean. Everything was provided for. Just 2 1/2 blocks from downtown. We walked everywhere that we wanted to go. Very prompt and thoughtful communications with the host.

Everything was just perfect! As soon as we pulled up & opened the door we knew we had a gem. The inside was clean, cute & had all kinds of little snacks and things set up to make our stay easy. The parking was perfect for our car and there was a locked storage for bikes right outside the door! It was a perfect distance from the downtown Bentonville area as well! WHEN we come back to Bentonville, we want to stay here again!

The accommodation was very tastefully decorated and provided all the essentials. We were comfortable and it was peaceful. There is parking on the driveway which is perfect. We walked to Bentonville downtown to the Preacher’s Son restaurant for a delicious dinner. It’s very easy to get about. Michele was very good checking to see if we needed anything.
