Rome Family Stay

My family and I stayed at this lovely property for one night following a cruise. The hosts were lovely and the location was perfect. The hosts arranged transport for us as well from our cruise and to the airport which was on time and very efficient. The property itself was very clean and spacious and is in the perfect location.

A “just fine” place to stay in a great neighborhood

The owner was communicative and check in was easy, even though our arrival timing changed last minute. Only one of the AC units worked, the one in the main corridor did not, so the apartment overall was incredibly warm even after the sun went down. The apartment is in a great location, so a good place to stay if you’re not planning to be there much. Half of the linens laid out for us didn’t seem clean. Overall, I would stay elsewhere next time I’m Rome.

Lively location in Monti with restaurants and bars right downstairs

Located in the heart of Monti district with restaurants and bars downstairs and crowded area for the 20 something crowd. Noisy from evenings through 2-3 am daily and would be great for people looking for enjoying local night scene. Noise can be heard from apartment and what goes on in apartment can be heard by neighbors and outside also. Easy walk to the coliseum and small markets nearby to get what you need. Apartment is on 3rd floor without elevator for those to consider, tho it was fine for us. There is a gelato place downstairs and visited often. Used the local app for taxi which made things convenient and host gave good information. Air condition made things comfortable in hot summer. Apartment is slightly dated similar to much of Rome with tight spaces and accessories. Key for the door was difficult to use and it took time to get used to it and there was only one key, so we had to figure out how to meet when returning to apartment. Internet was high speed and no issues along with clean kitchen. Airport transfer upon arrival was arranged by host and was great.

Dans le cœur de Monti ❤️

Appartement joli et bien placé où nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille. On y dort bien car l’appartement est bien placé dans le quartier de Monti qui est animé, sa localisation est idéale on profite de tout et à pieds. L’accueil est chaleureux On reviendra sûrement Merci 🙏 A Presto !

Hi we are Francesca and Giulia, two cousins who started this adventure together. We both work as shop assistant in the center of Rome. Our hope is to give our guests fantastic stays and rich experiences with a Roman flavor thanks to the central position of our apartment. It will be enough to close the front door to get lost in the numerous alleys characterized by multiple restaurants, ancient craft shops and many shops of all kinds, to then be fascinated by the view of the majestic Colosseum.
If our apartment will be your choice we will be happy to wish you a wonderful stay through a tasty welcome kit.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has just been renovated and is located on the second floor without stairs of a period building. It is characterized by two comfortable double bedrooms with windows and air conditioning, a living room with sofa bed with double window and dining table, full kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine and a full bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
