Incredible rooftop with incredible view in a fantastic location near Colosseum, metro stop, grocery store great shopping and Monti restaurants. Michelangelo’s horned Moses tomb for St Peter is practically next door and of course so is the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Laundry onsite and great welcome from Nikki. This is an amazing property. We loved our beautiful Colosseum view every night as well as beautiful view of Tome and Victor Emmanuel II monument. We loved our stay and highly recommend this incredible property!

We loved our week in this beautiful flat. The location was perfect! The Colosseum is your backdoor neighbor and the sunrise greets your kitchen window every morning. The rooftop patio is enormous; green parakeets were a daily treat. Having a washing machine to do laundry was a nice treat. Nikki was fantastic! I highly recommend this VRBO and hope to return.

Home was exceptional! The terrace and the view from the terrace was beyond expectations. The host was there to greet us and show us around the home. The location was perfect for what we had planned. Was a 5 minute walk to the colosseum and Forum. The home was historic and well kept. Showers and beds were great. Bed was very comfortable . Felt very safe here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Rome! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is in an unbeatable location—right next to the Colosseum with a truly jaw-dropping, once-in-a-lifetime view. The space itself is roomy, comfortable, and felt really special from the moment we walked in.Our hosts were great. They helped us with our bags (even though there’s an elevator), and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. We needed a few extra items for the kitchen, and they supplied them immediately without any hassle. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but perfectly workable—and honestly, the incredible view more than makes up for it.Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Rome!

The Views!!

This property has multimillion dollar views! The Colosseum is super close and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Nikki, the property manager, is great as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
