We had a pleasant stay

The condo was perfect for our needs, Definitely will book again when we return. The only thing we didn’t get to use was the hot tub, but til next time.

The condos was as described and fully adaquate. Wonderful bathroom/shower. It's a bit dark inside which is typical of early ski resort condos. The only complaint I have is even though it snowed 15" mid-week no one plowed the parking lot of shoveled the walkways.

Very cozy, and quite clean. Only issue was that it was chilly in the condo and the thermostat in the bedroom was locked such that you couldn’t turn the temperature above a certain point.

Owner did a nice job setting up and equipping the facility. Property management group was unresponve to getting xtra pillow cases and towels. It took calling three separate times and eventually getting our request in the last day of the stay. Bad marks for vrbo and Vacasa. Good marks for the owner

The condo is in a great location. It was clean and decor nice. The electric heaters on the wall take a very long time to heat the place. Since we reserved this condo through VACASA we assumed we would be able to catch the Vacasa shuttles around Steamboat. (in years past we have reserved Ptarmagan and Lacasa through Vacasa and used Vacasa shuttles). At this condo, we were not able to use the Vacasa shuttle and this was very inconvenient since we did not have a car. The book suggested using the town bus or uber. We also had problems getting into the hot tub. The condo key was supposed to get us in there. After 2 days found out we needed to giggle the key to get the door opened. Just wasn't what we expected.

This property was even better than the pictures show. It is very well stocked, very comfortable and in a very nice location. The wood burning fireplace was fun to use. Only very small suggestion is that it needs more interior lighting for us older folks who need more light for reading. We hope to return next year.

Very good! Overall pleased with a few suggestions. We would have searched for a unit that had AC (was not disclosed) and the lock box is difficult to navigate (at best). Lanier needs to be much shorter in length; too much to stuff into box. Thanks!
