Very beatifull villa

We have a wonderful time in the villa. We were 4 families, 17 people. Perfect for us. Good equipment on the two kitchens. Big garden, big pool, enough chairs outside, good communication with the Christoph. We would love to come back.

We just spent a fantastic week in the mas at St Etienne du Gres. The property is very spacious with 9 bedrooms, each of them with AC and most of them with an individual bathroom, which was perfect for our group of 13 adults. There are 2 kitchens with many utensils (the coffee machine was amazing), dishwashers, large fridges. The house offers many options in terms of entertainment ("boules de petanque", foosball, pingpong table, various TVs with streaming from Netflix), etc... There is also a tennis club nearby, which we used several times during our stay. The swimming pool is large, very clean with several comfortable chaise lounge around it. There is a very nice bike path that passes nearby and is easily accessible from the property (a good way to get to St Remy without having to take a car). Overall, we found that the description of the property was very accurate.The concierge team in charge of the check-in and check-out process was very friendly, professional and responsive when we had questions during the week. The house was very well prepared (clean and welcoming) for our arrival. Excellent quality of bedding. St Etienne du Gres is a small village with a very nice bakery, a butcher, a small (but very knowledgeable) wine & liquor store and a cafe. There is a large grocery store (Intermarche) in the direction of Beaucaire where you can buy groceries for the week. We spent a day in Camargue (a must see!).Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay. Nice house, poor service

Very mixed. Big house, lovely pool, well appointed kitchen, nice locale. However, the house manager was very contentious from the start, not very responsive, and definitely not interested in making our stay comfortable (no toilet paper or soap in the entire house when we arrived after a trans Atlantic flight, some dirty towels and argued about giving us more, lots of threats of additional charges, etc). She accused us of breaking a sun umbrella upon checkout that was broken when we arrived. Luckily we happened to capture a photo of it broken on our first day- and she never apologized! The listing says it sleeps 18-19 but that is not adults. We were 12 and it wasn’t ideal (ie grown adults sharing a room or needing to climb a ladder to get in bed). The bedrooms are nicely air conditioned, but the living areas are not, despite the description. When the bugs come out after dark, you can’t open the windows, and the house is very stuffy. Also, a simple fan in the kitchen would be ideal. This house could be great with a more welcoming staff and a few small changes.

Belle semaine en Provence

Sejour d'une semaine avec 12 adultes et 4 enfants. Maison parfaite avec magnifique piscine et de belles chambres chacune avec salle de bain. Cuisines parfaitement équipées, grand parc bien entretenu avec de petits lapins sauvages, espace petanque et tennis de table parfait, espaces de vie suffisant. Petit bémol le coin grillades qui pourraient être amélioré (un barbecue plus grand et de meilleur qualité pourrait etre installé). Nous avons passé une tres belle semaine et ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu.

Familienferien mit Hund auf einem sehr angenehmen Anwesen

Das Anwesen liegt etwas aus dem Dorf heraus was uns eine wunderbar ruhige Woche erlauben konnte. Das ganze Anwesen ist vollkommen eingezäunt und somit konnten unsere Hunde sich ebenfalls leinenlos bewegen. Das Haus war in einem aussergewöhnlich sauberem Zustand, Einrichtungen, Küche, Bäder usw alles von hoher Qualität. Auch die Bettbezüge und Handtücher extrem sauber. Ein Grill war vorhanden, jedoch für grosse Gruppen etwas klein geraten. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es keine überdeckte Stelle an dem man den Grill unterstellen könnte um bei Regen ebenfalls grillen zu können. Alle Beteiligten waren vom Anwesen begeistert und würden ihre Ferien dort wiederholen.

Paradijs in de Provence

Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben we achter de rug! Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd door Margaux en Karine, 2 enthousiaste dames die ons rondleidden in deze prachtige villa (ofte ‘le paradis’). Het huis is in het echt nog veel mooier dan op de foto’s, over elk interieurelement is nagedacht. Binnen is er ook overal airco voorzien, ideaal voor tijdens de warme zomeravonden. Wij hebben hier een week gelogeerd met 15 volwassenen en hadden zeker genoeg plaats dankzij de ruime kamers en 2 keukens. Vooral de keuken vlakbij het zwembad is een echte plus! Het zwembad en de buitenruimte is een ware oasis met ligzetels en veel groen. Een absolute aanrader!

Sehr schönes Landhaus

Wunderschönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten und top gepflegten Pool. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 16 Personen und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Schnitt des Hauses lässt es problemlos zu, dass es sich mehrere Familien teilen. Fast alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einem ein-suite-Bad ausgestattet. Lediglich bei zwei Schlafzimmern muss man kurz über den Gang, um ins Bad zu kommen. Die Betten sind top, die Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr großzügig, gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Küchen, eine kleine Poolküche, am Ausgang zur Poolterrasse, so dass man dort kleine Snacks und Getränke vorhalten kann. Die Hauptküche befindet sich im anderen Gebäudeteil und ist top ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man auch zuhause in der Küche stehen hat: vom Kaffeevollautomaten übers Rührgerät bis zum Waffeleisen. Einzig ein zweiter Satz Wassergläser könnte vielleicht noch angeschafft werden. Der Garten ist riesig und gepflegt. Der Pool ist top gepflegt und schön groß. Von Vorteil, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reisen sollte: der Poolbereich ist eingezäunt! Für Kinder gibt es jede Menge Zusatzangebote: Tischkicker, Brettspiele, Tischtennis, Dart, Basketballkorb... Der nächste größere Supermarkt mit Fischabteilung ist 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Im Dorf findet 3x/Woche ein Markt statt, bei dem die Bauern aus der Umgebung ihre Erzeugnisse feil bieten. Hier gilt allerdings, dass man Gemüse z.B. nur kistenweise einkaufen kann. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zudem zahlreiche Weingüter, Ölmühlen, etc. Zahlreiche Ausflugsziele liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Alles in allem: ein top Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
