The master and bedrooms 3 and 4 have King sized beds while bedroom 2 has two queens!!! There is also a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room and four twin cots to sleep 16 total.



The owners have installed a new 80gal water heater with a booster to accommodate large groups of renters.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.
