Welcome to our stunning corner beach villa, offering panoramic ocean views and located inside the exclusive, gated La Paloma Ocean Front Resort — one of the most prestigious communities on the Baja coast.

This fully furnished villa features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests maximum — no exceptions.

Bedrooms:

• Master Bedroom: Queen bed, private bathroom, and breathtaking ocean views
• Bedroom II: Queen bed with ocean views
• Bedroom III: Queen bunk beds with partial ocean view

Each bedroom includes its own LCD TV and shares a comfortable living space.

• No glass in pool areas
• Park only in your assigned space (violations may result in fines from $50–$100 USD)
• No children under 15 years in Jacuzzis (violations may incur fines from $50–$100 USD)
• Guests must wash dishes and take out trash before departure to avoid extra cleaning charges

Ocean view family friendly getaway

Definitely the best villa in La Paloma. Ocean view was amazing from almost any room in the entire place. The kitchen was well stocked so that made cooking super easy. Wifi and tvs in the rooms with netflix helped with keeping or little ones entertained. Jacuzzi and pool was enjoyed by my mother in law, the kids had fun walking the grounds playing in the playground. The small bbq did the job for both nights of grilling. Small grassy area outside the patio was a nice spot to sit the kids out to play. Beautiful walking paths overlooking the ocean with plenty of spots to sit and watch the waves. Only a few feet from the villa was a staircase to the beach, super unique with black sand and rocks with plenty of space to set up for a beach day.

Beach Paradise

We had an extraordinary time in this beautiful place! It was our first time in Mexico with our son (9) and our best friends and their children (ages 4, 8, 10). We had a blast and the property was perfect! The space had amazing views of the ocean and plenty of room inside with all the amenities to help us feel more than comfortable. We enjoyed being steps from the beach, the heated pool, the gym, the on-site restaurant and the friendly and helpful staff. We felt completely safe and the presence and professionalism of the security guards and staff were appreciated. The grounds and complex are very well taken care of. We took advantage of wine-tasting in the Guadalupe Valley, lobster in Puerto Nuevo, a walk along to beach to nearby Rosarito, tons of beach time and delicious local eats. The condo is the perfect home base to explore the area (and fun to watch the dolphins in the waves from the dining room table.) We can’t wait to return to this gem of a place soon!

We rented this property for a girls trip. The Villa was really cute, very clean & had a really nice view. All staff was very friendly. Check in was really easy. They have security walking around the property at all times. Makes you feel safe.. We will definitely come back again. You are only 5 mins away from the strip. You won't be disappointed.

Great Everything is as advertised the only comment I would make is that the bedding needs to be updated, the mattress covers are rough plastic, but you can take it off and use the other blankets in the house instead of the provided mattress cover. Will stay again for sure.

Always a great relaxing getaway

This has been my go to, home away from home ,for the las 5 yrs. My family and freinds always enjoy spending time at this condo. By far the best views of Rosarito . Like they say Location,location ,location, this unit is perfect . I recommend anyone looking to have a fun and relaxing time the community if kid friendly . My son loves the pool area. Everything was as excepted. There is one thing I found that could be improved is the coffee machine. There was not filters for it. The place is very beautiful and I would stay there again.

Fabulous location and views from two bedrooms and the living areas. Very pleasant resort. One complaint would be that upgrades are needed to the mattresses, towels and linens. Also would be nice if some basic supplies/staples (sugar, salt, cooking oil, etc.) were available for coffee and light cooking.

La Paloma isn’t just a beautiful resort to me — it’s home. I grew up here, spending weekends and holidays by the ocean. My children grew up here too, and now that they’re in their twenties, this place is still where we gather, reconnect, and create new memories.
