Moonlight Lodge, a high-end custom build and just across from the golf course is located within walking distance to the Bear Mountain Ski Resort. Situated on a hillside, the home overlooks the golf course and facing west, you are able to capture Big Bears sunsets.

When you enter the home, you are placed in the heart of the home. With a small powder bath to the right and a farmhouse style table with ample seating and an extra four seats at the huge rough edge granite island featuring a warming drawer and microwave. High-end Jenn-Air appliances including dishwasher, six burner gas range with side griddle and double oven. The home has a toaster and standard coffee maker. It is also equipped with a commercial size fridge/freezer combo. A unique feature to the kitchen is the farmhouse style copper sink.

Just off the dining area and to the right of the entrance is the homes master suite with a California king bed, high end furnishings and linens and an en suite. The bathroom is complete with a Jacuzzi bathtub, oversized shower stall, vanity area and private entrance to the masters private upper patio.

The family room area features a floor to ceiling flagstone gas log fireplace. Entertain with the large flat screen TV. The floor to ceiling windows provide an amazing views of the golf course below and the tree lined scenery in the foreground. The family room offers deck access. For outdoor relaxation, there is a seating area with a propane outdoor patio heater, hot tub and a propane BBQ grill. Charge up your electric vehicle for free with the cabin's onsite EV Fast Charger.  Compatible with all EV makes/models including Tesla via it's common adapter.

Upstairs you will find the loft, equipped with a pool table, bar, Foosball table and a vintage style arcade game of Mortal Kombat. There is also a flat screen Roku TV. Down the hall you will find to the left a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and outdoor access. To the left is the bunk room with a twin over full and twin over twin size bed and also has a flat screen Roku TV.  Off the bunk room is a full size restroom in the hallway and the homes second master bedroom. Included in the second master is a queen bed and an en suite with a full size bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. A perfect Big Bear Cabin for your entire group.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS CABIN. 

Note: During Winter, 4-wheel Drive and Chains REQUIRED.  This home has a very steep driveway. Garage parking is available for two smaller vehicles and one in the driveway. Larger SUV's or trucks will not fit in the garage for parking when parking more than one vehicle. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
