A haven of peace at the gates of Montpellier, Clos Saint Georges welcomes you between the Mediterranean and the Cévennes in the heart of a 2 hectare property just 9 km from Place de la Comédie.
In an old winegrower's house of 550 m² with large swimming pool, we invite you to stay in one of our 2 fully renovated and air-conditioned apartments, with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people each.

Great performance for this independent apartment of 60 m² which flirts with America and the 50s but with all modern comforts. The sparkling colors and decoration of this apartment will immerse you in the heart of 1950s America.
For your comfort it is fully air conditioned and consists of:
- a modern fitted kitchen area, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster
- lounge area, leather sofa, mini stereo
- 2 bedrooms with new and quality bedding in 160, cupboard with hanger, headboard fitted with reading lights,

In the common part you will have access to a very large swimming pool of 15 x 7.5 meters, a large terrace of 150 m² with Weber tables and barbecue, ping pong table as well as small spaces scattered around the property for an aperitif , a meal or just an instant read

We ourselves are staying in a part of the building and will be present to welcome you and will remain available to provide you with as much information as possible to make your stay pleasant.

We offer you the possibility to do your shopping and on your arrival the fridge and cupboards will be full so you avoid the chore of shopping.
To do this, go to the Carrefour Saint Clément de Rivière drive site, book a slot from 8:30 am on Friday and no later than 10:30 am on Saturday morning of your arrival, place and pay for your order, give us your order number and we will take care of it and install it in your apartment.
(be careful to place your order a few days in advance so that you can have a slot on Saturday morning)

Motorcycles -Vehicles:
We, passionate about beautiful mechanics, welcome bikers and lovers of old vehicles with pleasure.
Your vehicles will be safely parked
We provide you with a compressor, a high pressure cleaner, as well as various tools including metric and American steps.

All this is also made available to our cycling friends.

You will be able to pamper your vehicles when you return from a ride

To note :

Possibility to rent the two apartments on the same property to accommodate 8 people

We do not welcome 4-legged friends because we have cats.

We do not welcome children under 12, because the property is not suitable for children, but also to preserve the tranquility of our guests.

The apartments are non-smoking as well as a certain part of the property (risk of fire).
We do not allow parties and noise pollution

Bus 300 meters from the house (line 24 - Les Genêts stop) to reach two stops further on the Tram (line 1 - Euromédecine stop) which will drop you off at Place la Comédie
30 minutes by tram and bus from the SNCF train station
Airport 30 minutes by car.
