This home is in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul de sac, and centrally located in The Villages. You’re right in the middle of the Villages, with equal distance to Sumter Landing or Brownwood Paddock Square. Sterling Heights Community Recreation Center is minutes away, as are the executive and championship golf courses. For larger events and activities, the beautiful beach-themed Seabreeze Regional Recreation Center is about a 5-minute cart ride on the Buena Vista Cart Path. Here you’ll find all sorts of activities, classes, and events plus a beautiful fitness center. You're close to everything you need in the Villages, major stores, activities and rec centers, etc.

Important to note: This property is NOT suitable for children.

NOTE: This property has 3 outdoor security cameras with 24-hour monitoring; one is located at front garage door, another at pool entrance/rear door entrance, and a third on left side of home monitoring pool equipment and access door. These cameras cover exit and entry areas to these 3 access points.

Golf Vacation

Kristy and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Convenient to everything. Kathy was wonderful to deal with. The heated pool after a round of golf each day was a hidden star. It was fantastic! Everything was as advertised. The golf cart had a mind of its own, hard to keep straight. We still rode around the neighborhood for 10 minutes just to see the neighborhood and xmas light displays. We would DEFINATELY stay here again!

Village rental

Enjoyed our stay. House was well equipped and in a very convenient location. Easy drive or cart ride to Sumter and Brownwood. Groceries short drive away. Pool was a nice bonus. Large community pools very close by. Neighbourhood was quiet and friendly. Recommend property and would definitely consider renting again.

Lovely home with great outdoor space

This home is very nicely decorated, well maintained and has a great outdoor living space. Would definitely consider renting this property again.

A gem in The Villages

This house was perfect for us. My husband and I loved the house. And the lanai and pool were so fun to relax around. The pool was a bit cool but the weather was cooler while we were there. I’m sure in warmer weather it would have been fine. Everything we needed was there. The golf cart is gas and has doors which is great for cooler evenings. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes drive. Of course, being in The Villages, there are recreation centers and golf courses all around. The owner was timely with responses to any questions I had, both before the stay and during. We are hoping this place will be available the next time we visit our friends in The Villages.
