The Ritz Carlton Residences, Singer Island is a breathtakingly beautiful property with award winning

pool on expansive landscaped deck with cabanas, gated access to private beachfront, two
whirlpool spas, private poolside restaurant grille and, indoors, two cinema-style private screening
rooms, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness rooms with saunas, concierge service, and
secure outdoor parking. Pamper yourself and enjoy the finest luxury living and service that only a

The efficiency guest suite is located on the first floor, has its own private patio, and allows access to
all the amenities. It is ideal for a couple but can sleep three. There is a queen-sized bed and a sofa
that can convert to a full-sized bed if needed. The kitchen area has a microwave, a Sub-Zero mini
fridge, a toaster, a Keurig, an icemaker, and tableware. Please note there is no stove. However, you
can see the concierge to reserve one of the four gas grills, grill cart and grilling tools. Coffee and
biscotti are available in the lobby from 6-10am daily.
The grounds are expansive. Have drinks and food brought to you poolside at the upper resort pool
as you lounge in chaises or in the cabanas or at the lower lagoon pool. Walk out to the private
beach where chairs and umbrellas are set up each day. Towel service and waters are provided at
both pools and at the beach. Or you can choose to pamper yourself in one of the two hot tubs on
the property.
This oceanfront property is located next to public tennis courts and is steps from Ocean Walk Mall
with five pubs, an ice cream shop, a 7-Eleven, a bagel deli, and small shops featuring beach wear.
Please note this is not a hotel. It is a private property where each unit is individually owned. There is
no daily maid service. There are no extra resort fees or parking fees.
No pets, no smoking.
Once the property is booked I will email you the lease and condo rental application to sign and
return along with a copy of your driver’s license. We have a 3 night minimum stay. Over the
Christmas Holiday we have a 5 night minimum.
