Saint-Gély-du-Fesc.
House of 300 m of living space for 8 people on 1000 m² of land. Ground floor: living / kitchen 70 m² with billiard, mezzanine on living room, master suite with bathroom, separate wc.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double beds, one with baby cot, shower room, separate wc.
Basement: laundry room, ping-pong room, table football, video room. Garden furniture, 2 tables with chairs to take meals outside, barbecue and plancha.
Pool of 75 m² with alarm.
Towels and tea towels are provided, sheets are not provided except for the round bed and cot.
The tenants will respect the discretion and the calm in the respect of the neighborhood in force the rest of the year.
Our cat will remain on the spot during your stay.
Rent only fortnight.
