Furnished house, l'Echo des Vagues is classified 3 * and registered at the town hall of Cherbourg en Cotentin. Located in the city center (Bucaille district), our house with a capacity of 4/5 people is completely renovated and well equipped:

- 25m² fitted kitchen with central island, television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer ...
- terrace of around 30m² with lounge and dining table;
- 18m² living room with lounge, flat screen TV, home cinema, radio, DVD player;
- a WC on the ground floor;
- two bedrooms upstairs, one of 15m² with 160cm bed and one of 9.5m² with 140cm bed, possibility of a 5th bed for families with three children, television in each room;
- a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.

Located in the city center, l'Echo des Vagues is a detached house, not attached, close to the shops and activities offered by the city of Cherbourg in Cotentin. Its location at the back of the courtyard, set back from the street, offers you peace and quiet.
Its 3 * guarantee you the comfort you expect.
A parking space and a garage are available. The property is secured by an electric gate.
The marina, the swimming pool and the shops are a 5-minute walk away,
Departures from hiking trails, beaches, riding stables, the Cité de la Mer, nautical bases are a few kilometers away.
Nearby, you can visit La Hague, Val de Saire and the D-Day landing beaches.

Wonderful home & the best hosts!!

Patrick and Delphine were such welcoming hosts! The house was perfect for our family of 4. It is beautifully renovated and decorated, the kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer were nice to have at the end of our trip, I got the best night’s sleep, and it felt like home.

Parfait pour découvrir Cherbourg et le Cotentin

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison calme très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité. .La décoration est soignée, les lits très confortables. Le centre-ville est à 15mn à pied. L'hôte est très accueillant, disponible et de très bon conseil pour les restaurants! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

La maison proposée est charmante, rénovée avec goût et très bien équipée. Elle se situe à proximité immédiate du centre-ville de Cherbourg. Idéale pour visiter le nord du Cotentin. Très bon accueil également. Le seul petit bémol est l'environnement immédiat (des garages), mais maison qui est au calme.

Ravissante maison de ville à découvrir sans hésiter

Week end de pentecôte en famille, dans ravissante location. Très bien rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, de charme, confort et équipements de qualité (cuisine, literie excellente,...), très propre, conforme aux photos. Félicitations aux propriétaires. La maison a une terrasse très agréable avec salon, table et éclairage, pour des soirées de détente. Très bien située en centre ville, dans quartier très calme, avec tous les commerces à proximité. La place de stationnement est un plus avec accès sécurisé (portail électrique). Nous remercions les propriétaires pour l'accueil chaleureux (produits locaux à déguster à notre arrivée), le soin apporté à la location et leur discrétion tout en restant disponibles. Un meublé impeccable dans Cherbourg centre

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison très agréable et bien située dans un quartier recherché. Tout est confort, de bon goût avec un équipement de qualité. Bravo ! Les propriétaires sont charmants avec de petites attentions. La seule chose qui manquait, c'était le soleil qui a été capricieux, mais Cherbourg et ses environs heureusement ne manquent pas d'attrait. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
