Characterful C17th cob-built Farmhouse in very central location. Large living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, comfy morning room and adjacent shower room downstairs. 3 double bed rooms and 4th is a small with 3/4bed. Bathroom upstairs. Lots of parking. Garden/BBQ area. Outdoor seating. Great views. Wonderful woods nearby. Ideal location for Cornwall tour. Very cosy throughout with ultra modern heating system and underfloor heating.

A very central and peaceful location allowing you to see all of Cornwall and return to tranquil surroundings for relaxing evenings and bbqs.

What makes this property unique

Very characterful house with large living room containing no less than 5 sofas. There is also a morning room downstairs allowing for a quiet space of a morning or evening. There is an incredibly minimal amount of passing traffic, some days we don;t even see a car! Ladock woods with many trails is a stones throw to the right and to the left the road dips to ford a stream.
