Enjoy your beach trip in one of the few 4bd room condos available!
4 BEDROOM BEACHFRONT condo - Great location in Orange Beach. Beautiful beach with umbrellas and beach chairs available only a few steps away. Enclave only has 66 units, so you will not be crowded. No long elevator waits or rows and rows of umbrellas on the beach.
Great condo to share with other families you enjoying vacationing with or perfect for large families. This spacious four bedroom/3 bath beachfront condo will suit your needs perfectly. 7th floor condo has beautiful views of the beach with great balcony furniture. Beautiful zero entry outdoor pool with tanning deck and water spouts. Nice heated indoor pool completely redone in 2021. Condo also provides wireless internet service.

***A private, gated & covered, owners parking spot is provided for you at no charge. Very few units have this bonus. When you book this unit, you will receive one guaranteed parking spot on the general lot for your stay. The space is $50 for your entire stay. You will be required to make a reservation for this space. There will also be additional parking spot(s) available on a first come first serve basis. When you arrive at The Enclave, simply scan the QR code on the refrigerator in the condo you booked to see if an additional spot is available at a $50 cost for the stay. Along with the owner's private spot and the first general lot spot, you are guaranteed at least two parking spots for your stay. If you are able to get a second spot on the lot, a total of three cars will be allowed for you Also, additional overflow paid parking lots are located close by.

The Enclave is across the street from Walmart Marketplace and Rouse's grocery stores. It is located right in the middle of Orange Beach! You are walking distance from several restaurants and retail shops! Adventure Island and Gulf State Park are just a few miles away. Waterville USA, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and many other attractions are also close by.

We had a great time at this property! The building has fewer units than a lot of the neighboring facilities, so we never felt like the pool or beach were too crowded. The balcony was way bigger than we expected. The ice machine in the wet bar was a great thing to have!

Beautiful condo with a lot of room. Large balcony with unobstructed views. Martha was a wonderful hostess with clear communication. The condo had no wait times on the elevator and the pool area was never overcrowded. Such a wonderful stay!

Our family of 10 (ages 15-57) loved our condo. Only request from the young adults was why didn't we book a longer stay. Very convenient. Nice outdoor pool. Nice size. Balcony was large enough for at least 5 to sit outside.

Great Place

We are the Salters and are blessed to be the owners of this condo. We are in our 70's and are enjoying retirement. We have 3 girls and 3 son-in-laws, 8 grandchildren and one perfect great granddaughter!! God has been so good to us and we are thankful to be able to share that with others.

Why they chose this property

The beach has been a big part of our lives while raising our girls and now them raising their children. We have been coming to Orange Beach for over 12 years and have owned our condo for 3 years. We love the family oriented atmosphere of OB. The beach with the white sand is gorgeous and you just can't find anything more relaxing than the sound of the waves!

What makes this property unique

There is nothing like sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, watching the dolphins and pelicans and if you are lucky get a glimpse of the amazing Blue Angels flying by!!
