Clean and nice pool

The pool is clean and nice. Claudine takes good care of the pool. Sorry for the noise on the floor. Children and wooden floor is not the best combination for Claudine who lives downstairs. But she is very friendly and nice with the children.

Claudine is een fijne eigenaresse, de tuin is fantastisch. Het zwembadje is heerlijk om lekker in af te koelen na een wandeling. De omgeving is prachtig. De bovenwoning was ruimer dan ik had gedacht. Maar wel meer geschikt voor actieve stellen of vriendinnen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Claudine sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist zwar nichtmehr ganz neu, aber liebevoll und sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Bei heißen Temperaturen wussten wir auch die mobile Klimaanlage sehr zu schätzen. Der Pool war sehr schön und auch hier haben wir unsere Zeit genossen. Falls wir mal einen Rat oder sonst was brauchten, konnten wir uns immer an die Vermieterin wenden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr ausgezeichnet ( 20/7/2025) , wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, die Kinder haben auch zu viel spaß gemacht, es gibt für kleine Kinder schönes Rutsche mit Schaukeln , alles war sauber und gibt es Geräte gegen heißes Wetter sowie kaltes Wetter, und Frau Detallie war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr schönes Orten beraten. Es freut uns sehr auf die nächsten Besuch.Wir werden auch Aynuk vermissen

Aufdringliche und immer präsente Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung sieht viel schlechter aus als auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeberin gibt an, dass die Wohnung eine Klimaanlage hat. Diese war aber nicht angeschlossen konnte somit trotz tropischer Nächten nicht benutzt werden. Die Rauchmelder sind nicht an der Decke angebracht sondern liegen in den Schränken oder Regalen. Im Bad quellt der Boden an den Fugen auf weil das Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig abläuft. Der Abfluss im Bad stinkt und wird in der Wohnung von Duftspendern die in Steckdosen stecken übertüncht. Die Brüstung des Balkons ist so marode, dass man Angst haben muss wenn jemand dagegen laufen würde fällt die Person samt Brüstung herunter. Der Pool sieht auf den ersten Blick toll aus, aber die Gastgeberin schließt den Pool wenn ihre Kinder im Pool spritzen. Klar weil mir Wasser spitzt man ja nicht und Wasser auffüllen geht anscheinend auch nicht. Ebenfalls beschuldigte sie uns etwas kaputt gemacht zu haben. Kleiner Tipp: Alles mit Bildern dokumentieren sonst sieht man hier evtl. alt aus. Die sehr hellhörige Wohnung ist nur gut für Gäste ohne Kinder, denn die Gastgeberin ist sehr empfindlich und auch nicht ehrlich. Statt dass sie persönlich mit einem spricht schreibt sie dann Mails über das FeWo Portal. Wir hatten absolut unentspannte Tage und haben so eine schlechte Gastgeberin wie hier noch nie mit unseren Kindern erlebt. Wir hatten die Unterkunft im Niemandsland nur wegen des Pools gebucht. Jedoch kommt dann die Gastgeberin ständig dazu und fragt einen ob man nicht ir

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist für vier Personen ausreichend groß. Sie bietet im Badezimmer und in der Küche alles, was man benötigt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet.Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden gerne wieder buchen.

Petit nid douillet à la campagne

Appartement confortable au 1er étage de la maison de la propriétaire avec accès au jardin commun et à la piscine. Emplacement idéal pour amateur de calme et de nature. Multiples possibilités de randonnées, proximité du lac de la gileppe. Un grand merci à Claudine pour son accueil et son extrème gentillesse !

Schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einen Schlafzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer mit regendusche, und einen Wohnbereich. Der Wohnbereich ist Teils offen zum Schlafzimmer. Die Besitzerin Claudine wohnt unten, und ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spricht Deutsch was die Kommunikation einfacher machte. Sie sorgt für alles und hat gute Tipps. Alles ist sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Un sejour tres agréable Claudine est au petit soin et reste disponible et de tres bons conseils. Le logement est tres fonctionel, tout y est, la literie est top, une grande salle de bain, la cuisine parfaitement équipée et une piscine tres agreable

Herausragendes Gesamtpaket

Schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Dachwohnung .sehr bequeme Betten .Klimagerät vorhanden.kleiner Balkon zum Garten hin plus Pool. Badezimmer war wohl neu gemacht - alles sehr solide und ordentlich . Hervorheben muss man die super freundliche Besitzerin . Wir haben uns fast wie Zuhause gefühlt . So wünscht man sich das !

Super Unterkunft

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch Kinder sind sehr willkommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Dorf ist sehr schön und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

wij hadden een vergissing gemaakt, we meenden dat we bij een b&B hadden geboekt, maar helaas geen ontbijt. maar de eigenares hielp ons daarbij en bracht ons voor de eerste ochtend wat brood beleg was er genoeg , dus opgelost

Un petit cocon

Nous avons passé un super week-end chez Claudine, un accueil chaleureux, petite attention au frigo. La propreté est irréprochable, le linge de maison sent super bon, la cuisine est très bien équipée (avec tout le nécessaire). L’appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel, totalement indépendant et accès facile à la piscine. Piscine à 25 degrés, transat et pleins de bouées pour les enfants. Nous reviendrons très certainement chez vous, ce fut une pause dans nos vies a 100 à l’heure. Merci pour tout !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit dort. Es war sauber und der Pool war auch fantastisch. In der Umgebung konnte man viel besichtigen, also ein wirklich toller Urlaub!

Prima en compleet appartement (bovenetage). Uitstekende en zeer attente gastvrouw (Duits en Frans talig) die alles in het werk stelt om het verblijf nog aangenamer te maken. Goede uitvalsbasis, zeer dicht bij historische stad LImbourg, Tip: Brasserie St. Georges.
