NEW LISTING! Your oasis awaits you! Situated in an ideal location in Indio, this 2000+ sq ft home is a resort in itself! This comfortable & recently remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bath home offers an open floor plan. It is lovingly furnished and equipped to make your vacation extraordinary! Game room! Poker & bumper pool table + Foosball table! Professionally built outdoor bocce court! Ping pong! THAT pool! And hot tub. This really is your desert oasis. Perfect for large families.

Just remodeled, just listed and available for the holidays!

The home has space for 3 cars in driveway.

The home is situated in quiet neighborhood, walking distance to grocery, drugstore & restaurants, only a short bike ride to the world-famous Coachella and Stagecoach festivals and a few short miles from La Quinta.

House has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. They are as follows:

- Master suite - King-sized bed + futon (full size)
- Master suite includes ensuite bath (shower, dual sinks, etc.)
- Guest bedroom #2 - queen-sized bed
- Guest bathroom includes tub/shower combo & dual sinks and is located between bedroom #2 and #3
- Guest bedroom #3 - queen-sized bed
*** on opposite side of house ***
- Casita Master (bedroom #4) - queen-sized bed + futon (full size)
- Casita bath (shower, etc.) located between laundry room + Casita Master

There is a futon (full sized bed) in the game room for additional sleeping.

Each bedroom + kitchen has its own Alexa enabled speaker for great sound throughout!

I decorated and equipped this house to be MY favorite vacation home - I hope it is yours. I've tried to think of every detail - each bedroom has a lamp with USB chargers, plenty of towel racks, Alexa enabled speakers, etc.

Festival pricing $50 per stay increase in cleaning (my cleaning folks charge this)

Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis - an additional $50 cleaning fee, pets not allowed on beds, furniture or in pool & spa.

If children are coming - you must agree to enable door alarms (because of pool & spa)
