Kitchen appliances include a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, blender, crockpot, a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee machine. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with relaxing hues. It has a king bed with an ensuite master bath and a walk-in closet. The rain shower feature will revitalize you whilst our gel pillow top mattress will give you the most restful sleep. Bedroom 2 (The Queen bedroom) has a queen bed with a sumptuous mattress that will cradle you. It is our belief that a truly relaxed vacation needs a truly relaxing bed. The Queen bedroom is cozy and snuggly with a comfortably sized reach-in closet. Dream your stress away in this small retreat. Bedroom 3 (The twin bedroom) has two single/twin beds and an aptly sized reach-in closet. Featuring 2 windows, bright sunlight bathes the walls with warmth. Gel pillow-top mattresses add the final touch to your enjoyment of this room.
All bedrooms are equipped with dressers to aid in decluttering your stay. All bedrooms have smart TVs so each member of your party can enjoy their own entertainment if needed.

The living room is tastefully decorated with style and simplicity offering a comfortable setting for watching tv, conversating or just relaxing. Settle into the comfortable leather sofas or enjoy a family game night at the breakfast counter. Surrounded with coastal colors, enjoy a delicious dinner on our 6 seater dining table. With the open plan of this condo, being a part of everything is easy. If you need to get work done or if you're coming on a work vacation or maybe you just want to write a letter,
take advantage of the neat writing desk area. On the other hand, should reading a book bring you tranquility, a beautiful reading chair with a lamp is nestled in a cozy corner of the living room. Anything is possible on your vacation.

Should the outdoors be your thing, relax on the full-size quaint patio while dining at a table for six or lounge on the cushioned patio chairs while admiring the sunsets and refreshing your senses with the gentle island breeze. Patio shades are provided for your privacy or to keep the summer sun rays out.

The Villa has free wi-fi & cable tv which includes all major US networks and news channels. Watch Netflix or Amazon Prime to your heart's content. Central air conditioning is throughout. Laundry facilities including a full washer and dryer are located within the Villa. Laundry pods and dryer sheets along with dishwasher pods are provided free of charge.

Kids are welcome and can use the community's park area and playground. Tennis courts, rental bikes and a putting green are available for your outdoor enjoyment. We provide (2) tennis racquets and 2 packs of balls for your use. The Villa is equipped with a variety of board games and activities. The Villa is 15 mins away (driving) from the world-famous Atlantis Resort & Casino and other entertainment such as restaurants and lounges. The beaches other than those within the community are less than 5 mins away and essential stores such as grocery stores and pharmacies are all within walking distance. The community of Palm Cay also offers the amenities of a Clubhouse and Restaurant, a Coffee shop serving Starbucks coffee along with small breakfast bites and pastries. If you don't feel like entertaining, let the entertaining be done for you at The Pink Octopus, the resident restaurant in Palm Cay. Palm Cay's Welcome Center is available for tour bookings and reservations. Bike rentals are also there for your use. All of your needs can be filled quite easily from this location.
