Gulf Front Condo with panoramic views of Florida’s Emerald Coast from the sixth floor of the Summerwinds Resort!

This spacious 1400 sq foot 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children and includes impeccable views as soon as you walk through the front door.

This condo has been completely redesigned and has an updated kitchen fully equipped with all LG appliances, a breakfast bar with 3 barstools, upscale decor, comfortable furniture including a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa and a 55 inch smart TV, a dining room table that seats up to 8 people with views through the entire condo and straight out to the Emerald Coast.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee or some late night drinks out on the wrap around balcony showcasing gorgeous Emerald Coast views, iconic white sandy beaches, the Navarre Pier, the sound and breathtaking beach sunsets. The balcony can be accessed from the oversized sliding glass doors in the living room or the master suite.

This unit includes a master suite bedroom with a memory foam king size bed and a spacious ensuite, double vanity sinks, oversized jacuzzi soaker tub, walk in shower. The best part is this condo features a jr Master suite which also has a memory foam King size bed with its own bathroom with a tub and shower combo!

The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size beds that could also be used together as a king, with beautiful decor and also includes a bathroom that is shared with the main living area.

A few other things this condo offers is a brand new washer and dryer in the hallway, smart TV’s in all of the bedrooms, all bathrooms include bath towels and washcloths, beach towels, walking distance from 2 of Navarre Beach’s best restaurants Windjammers and Andy Ds Navarre Beach Marine Park that includes tables and pavillions for day use, and close to Juana’s Pagodas where you can rent Jet Ski’s on the sound, listen to live music or play some beach sand volleyball.

Amenities include free wifi, access to three swimming pools and three hot tubs (one pool is heated during winter months), private access to the beach, BBQ grilling facilities and an exercise facility.

AMAZING views from the big wraparound balcony loved watching the surfers by the pier and being SO close to the pier and within walking distance to two restaurants was so nice! Terri really goes above and beyond making you feel right at home with extra snacks, lots of comfy blankets for the couches, and very comfy beds and pillows. We cooked a traditional Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed which never happens in a rental. She also provides beach towels, beach coolers, and boogie boards, toys for the beach. Loved the layout so we didn’t feel on top of each other…also having an heated pool and hot tub right on the beach was awesome….We already want to come back next year!! Family Vacation

Far and away the best condo we have ever stayed in. We've been coming to the Gulf Area beaches for over 10 years and this is the best place we've ever been. Hosts are excellent with communication and very inviting. It truly feels like a home when you walk in the door. We have stayed in some very nice places in Navarre, but this will be the only one we stay in moving forward.

This house was so relaxing and everything it said it was and more! Being so close to the beach and having those umbrellas with the beach chairs ready for us daily was no nice! Waking up every morning to a gorgeous view was so worth the drive. We will be returning!

AMAZING!!!

We enjoyed our girls trip this year in Navarre Beach. The place was amazing and beautiful. We all really felt like we were at home. Terri really has thought of everything!! The beds are all soft and comfortable. Nice and plush towels. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We will be back next year!!!

We are new to the vacation rental world. We love to travel and bought our condo for us to enjoy a home away from home. We decided instead of just keeping this slice of heaven to ourselves, we should share it with others. We are so excited for this new adventure and for our guests to have a relaxing vacation!

Why they chose this property

We traveled to Navarre Beach Florida for the first time in the winter of 2018. We immediately new that Navarre had stole our heart with its white sandy beaches, emerald waters, beautiful shells and sleepy little beach town feel. We knew that this was the right place for us to seek out a vacation home. After all Navarre is Florida's best kept secret!
