You'll have breathtaking views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, wrap around balcony and bedroom suites from this fifteenth floor luxury end unit at The Pearl. Gulf front and Sound side bedroom suites have private balconies and water views. The Pearl of Navarre is a luxury high-rise condominium positioned in the heart of the small Navarre Beach Community. Overlooking the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this lovely decorated home is furnished with a relaxed elegance in mind. Gorgeous, elegant furnishings with beautiful pictures and accessories are some of the amenities of this special condominium.

Rate includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, provided by Sunset Beach Service. This condo has been renovated to provide an open, extra spacious kitchen which flows into the dining and living areas.
The Pearl offers the finest accommodations along the pristine unspoiled beaches at Navarre. Take a dip in one of the two pools (one heated) surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Relax in the Hot Tub after a work out in the fitness center which overlooks the beach. You are only steps away from restaurants, golfing, sailing, boating, fishing, diving, shopping, and everything else this beautiful beach area has to offer.
This unit has 9 foot ceilings, 65" Flat screen HDTV, Stereo, CD and DVD player. Each bedroom has stereo speakers with separate volume control, Flat Screen TV and DVD. The Master bedroom and living room open onto the wrap around balcony with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master bedroom includes a King Bed, huge Master bath with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi, shower and walk-in closet. The Sound side bedroom suite includes a Queen bed, Jacuzzi tub & shower, separate air conditioning and has it's own balcony with a beautiful view of Santa Rosa Sound. The middle bedroom has a full size bed and 2 twin beds + bath with tub & shower. Come on down and enjoy the comfort, elegance, and incredible views that this luxurious condominium has to offer.

Family vacation

Great location, condo was very nice and had a lot of space for our whole family to get together. The kids enjoyed the pool, and very close to the beach, which was nice for taking a toddler up to nap after a morning at the beach.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

Absolutely loved staying in this condo at The Pearl. Just as described, very nice, clean and comfy. The second balcony was a wonderful surprise. The swimming pools and exercise room was very nice also. Hope to stay here again.

Wonderful family stay

Our stay at Navarre Beach was wonderful. The condo was very clean and better than described. We loved being steps from the beach and to have the pool and the hot tub was a great way to spend the evening. If you are looking for a room with a view, this is the place. You won't be disappointed. Awesome condo

This condo is gorgeous and the master bedroom is absolutely phenomenal!! The bathroom is huge and the walk in closet is GREAT! I love that two of the bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs….this was a BIG plus! Overall, this condo was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!! The owner, Steve, was great to work with as well and was very accommodating!!

Family Vacation

Since this was our first time using Vrbo we were a little nervous. We had an amazing stay at Steve Northrop’s condo and everything exceeded our expectations. He answered all of our questions promptly. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and family oriented. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend his property highly enough. Navarre Beach Vacation

Our condo was very clean and had all the necessities. We were on the 15th floor with great views of the beautiful clear blue ocean. We were a short 10 minute walk to the pier that served food and drinks. A short drive over the bridge to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything needed. About a 30 minute drive to Pensacola through the dunes to dinner and outdoor music. Overall great place. We had myself (55) my wife (54) my son (26) and my daughter (21) her boyfriend (21). Everyone had a great time. We will be back!

Relaxed 3 night stay with friends

The process of reserving this condo, communicating with the owners, and checking in the day of our trip was so smooth. Owners answered questions very quickly before the trip and aloud me to prepare what I needed to make our beach stay a success! They acted very quickly when we had a simple plumbing issue and it was fixed day of. I would absolutely return to this condo again. If I had any critique it would be that they add beach towels, toys, boogie boards, and a cart to the items they provide. We had limited space in our vehicle though so may not be an issue for most! We have visited Navarre regularly for years and The Pearl is always where we stay and this condo is the nicest we've rented yet! Thank you so much to the owners!

Spacious condo with beautiful views from every angle! Corner unit with wrap around balcony!

This condo met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. We traveled with our adult daughter and son-in-law and their two boys ages 15 and 12. Beautiful views from every angle inside the condo as well as on the wrap around balcony. The condo was great for family time, yet also allowed for privacy when wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make and serve meals. Our oldest grandson worked out in the gym everyday. We were there on the 4th of July and there was no better place to see the fireworks shot off from the pier than here. The host was a pleasure to work with and always answered any questions we had promptly. Looking forward to going back next summer.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful end condo with awesome decks. The whole complex seemed very clean. There are 2 gas grills and 1 charcoal grill that they clean spotless daily. Very nice place if you enjoy staying in a condo.

Steve & Sheree Northrup own and manage unit 1506 at The Pearl. For the past 14 years we have lived here 7 months of the year, so this is not just a rental unit, it is our home. Since we live here we have many upgrades that you usually don't find in a typical rental unit. During those 7 months we spend much of our time making sure our home is ready for you to enjoy.
This year, 2024, we have had the entire unit re-painted and changed the decor to a coastal theme.

Navarre Beach is one of the most beautiful and least crowded beaches in the world. Frommers top 10 best vacation spots and ranked in the top 10 beaches in the U.S.by Boston University. Quiet, family friendly and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located between Pensacola and Ft. Walton Beach where you can find more restaurants, shopping and amusements.

What makes this property unique

The views from our unit are breathtaking. Whether it's watching boats and barges passing by, porpoises playing, schools of fish or stingrays, crystal white sand and emerald green water or incredible moon rises and spectacular sunsets , the view is always wonderful.
