Entire renovated condo in gated community for you

Ricky was nice enough initially to let us know of issues that we had not been informed of. I acted to get those issues resolved. He offered to help at times and I accepted his kind gestures. When we ordered a replacement TV, he was upset that we took time away from his job as a real estate agent to be there for a TV to be mounted that didn’t end up being mounted. That issue wasn’t his fault, but his manners were offensive by continually saying that he wanted to get reimbursed for his time when he did not once complain or oppose being available for a delivery or technician’s time. His words did not align with his actions. So, when he kept saying that, I pushed back because if he had such a big issue with our place and we were such bad hosts who kept taking time away from his job, why continue his stay? And you know what Ricky did? He asked me if I would reimburse him for the 2-3 weeks he had already stayed. I said absolutely not but he would be refunded for the remainder of the stay. Ricky then did not respond and finished out the rest of his stay before going back home to San Antonio. During the rest of his stay, he was quiet before writing this review about how he could’ve given us 0 stars if he could. I normally don’t leave reviews like this and do guests and hosts a favor if some poor interactions happen as one offs. It’s not worth it to diminish someone’s character so publicly. For him, only book him if you can manage adult toddlers. Stock diapers and a bib.
