This home is located in a peaceful, little community nestled on a quiet cove of Lake June which allows for great skiing, kayaking, and paddle boarding, especially when the main lake is too rough. This is lakefront living at its BEST, with incredible sunrises and sunsets overlooking beautiful Lake June and numerous types of native birds to watch daily. You will truly enjoy this gorgeous, completely re-designed and decorated town home with a contemporary coastal design.

So much many things to enjoy in this old Florida town of Lake Placid and nearby Sebring. Tour all the beautiful murals in old town, boat rentals, Airboat tours, Highlands Hammock State Park, fishing, skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, nearby golfing,, local wineries, Sugar Sand Distillery and so much more. Only 2 hours from Orlando theme parks for a fun day trip.

This home offers all you need for a relaxing, peaceful lake vacation. Bring your personal boat or jet ski as this property has a large guest dock for the community, a private boat ramp on property. The large guest dock next to boat ramp is available for use by renters in the community as renters cannot use owners boat slips - only west dock. PLEASE INFORM owner in advance if bringing a watercraft. We have provided the home with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards along with 6 life vests for your lake enjoyment.

As you walk through the door of this lakefront oasis, you will appreciate the open concept floor plan with high ceiling and amazing views of Lake June just steps away from the outdoor patio. Enjoy the comfortable coastal living room with 65” Smart TV with access to popular streaming entertainment such as Netflix. (You will need a personal account for most apps). We also have a DVD library with many movies, books for reading enjoyment and several board games.

The lakefront patio offers spectacular views of Lake June along with comfortable couch and love seat, and a gas grill for fun BBQ days. The lanai has a phantom retractable screen which allows unobstructed views of the lake. A convenient outdoor shower is ready to wash away the white sugar sand after a fun day playing on the beach.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen with large bar and counter space offers everything may need… coffee maker, toaster, blender, Crockpot and a waffle maker. Overall seating for 10 people with the backdrop of the lake is the perfect setting.

Retreat upstairs to master suite with more incredible views of the lake from the private screened lanai. Wake up in the king size bed to sunrises over the lake every morning. The additional two guest rooms are just down the hall both beautiful decorated with bright coastal decor. One guest room has a queen size bed and the other guest room has a king size bed for extra room and comfort.

This gorgeous lakefront town-home includes: High speed WiFi, Streaming TV with sign-in, DVD player, 3-TV’s, 2 Kayaks, 2 paddle boards, washer and dryer, utilities, guest parking and private boat ramp if you have 4-wheel drive. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE OR ON LANAI!

Lakefront condo close to everything

This modern, spacious condo is beautifully decorated and right on the lake for easy access to boating and swimming. It is also ideally located to shopping, restaurants and grocery within 5-10 minutes. The owner is very accommodating to your needs and easy to reach if necessary. Condo and lake were super quiet when we were there so we felt very relaxed during our stay.

This was our third time staying at the Townhome. As usual the townhome and the beautiful location never disappoint. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is the place. This is the 3rd time I've booked this fabulous condo. I book travel for our company, we come to Sebring at least twice a year. The guests that I put in this condo are always very comfortable and happy here. Tammy is a great host, with great attention to every detail, great communication, from booking to check out, it's always a great pleasure to work with Tammy. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, quiet, well appointed and just perfect for our needs. My team did not get the opportunity to use the lake but, they all find it really relaxing to just kick back and enjoy the view. This is a fabulous place to stay in Sebring, I highly recommend it!

Truly a dream

We fell in love with this home! The location was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and well stocked. Our children played in the sand and the lake just outside the sliding glass doors. We kayaked and paddleboarded (provided with your rental). When the kids needed to nap, the convenience of rinsing them off and bringing them inside for a nap makes a parent's life easier, especially on vacation. We rented a boat which we had delivered, we highly recommend doing the same. There's a sandbar a few minutes away by boat. We made many wonderful memories this vacation at the house and hope you will too!

Fabulous Lake June 4th of July

This is THE perfect place for a great family getaway with a nice beach area for the kids to play. Comes as advertised. Plenty of beach towels and lake gear just bring your swimsuits and lake life spirit!

Great stay on Lake June!

My husband and little boy had a fantastic time on the lake at the perfect place. Best part was by far the porch that opened right to the lake. The beach entry to the lake allowed my little one to play in the sand without getting all the way into the lake. The condo was spotless and had all the essentials. Tammy (property owner) was very prompt with communication and made us feel so welcome! We will defiantly be back!

This property was exactly as pictured and beautifully done with the comfort of guests in mind. Television for evenings in, plenty of towels for showers and lake adventures. Kayaks and water toys for fun. Communication with Tammy was simple and smooth. The house is off the beaten path, but close enough to necessities (groceries, etc) to make things easy for guests. A perfectly welcoming home, with astounding lake views, and a perfect oasis for a quiet getaway!

The moment we opened the front door, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated home, but once we open the curtains we were greeted with an even more stunning view of the lake. There was a sandy beach that goes about 6' into the lake, so we could sit on our chairs while our daughter splashed around in the shore. We used the kayaks every day, and rented a pontoon boat and spent the day on the lake. We grilled, ate out at the local restaurants, and spent the week relaxing without any official plans. It was perfect, and just 2 hrs from where we live. The property manager was communicative, gave clear instructions, and answered every question we had promptly. We would definitely plan to come back!

Fabulous Month!

This property is very clean, up to date, beautiful decor and well equipped! The screened in back faces the lake and was a delightful place to view the sunrise and the sunset. The fishing was good off the dock. The property was very quiet with a few interruptions of the cheerful laughing of children playing on the weekends. Only good surprises here with the beauty and even more than expected!

Great Vacation Rental

Very nice property that has everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to enjoy breakfast and lunch. There are some nice dinner options all within 20 mins or so and a very nice Publix for shopping. Relaxing and very quiet - I would highly recommend it for those that are looking for a laid back vacation.

Loved the Lake House!

We loved our stay at the Lake House! It was everything promised and more. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the lanai overlooking beautiful Lake June with it’s fascinating birds, sparkling water and view of Scrub Park. The home is beautifully decorated and is easy to live in. We prefer to cook our own meals and the kitchen met all our needs. We kayaked, went for walks and explored. The games cupboard was full of games, some familiar and some new which are now favourites. We enjoyed our afternoon cocktails on the lanai playing games and watching the sun set. Magnificent! Tammy was always available and very responsive to our questions and needs. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning to the spectacular view of the lake. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed and the en-suite shower was heavenly! We highly recommend a stay at this lake front property. We will definitely be returning!
