About this property

Hidden Oasis Close To Ocean And Beaches

This private courtyard pet friendly suite (a one time $25 pet fee applies), with private entrance is part of my home located in central White Rock. Just a 10 minute walk down to the beach, White Rock Pier, and Marine Drive. The suite is open and airy with solid maple floors throughout, overheight ceilings, and expansive windows overlooking the patio, garden area, and peekaboo views towards the Pacific Ocean and San Juan Islands. The space
This large open concept suite (approx 400 sqft) is split between the bedroom and living areas with a separate ensuite bath. The bedroom contains a queen size pillow top bed, with a luxurious hypoallergenic duvet and pillows. The pillows and mattress are protected with hypoallergenic casings for added comfort. A large armoire with drawers and luggage rack provide great storage space.

Living area has new oversized loveseat and chair with dining bar top table for two. 50" tv with Netflix and full cable complete the space.

Built in to the wall is the kitchenette (no stove/oven) where guests will find a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Dishes, glasses, and utensils such as wine opener, scissors, can opener, are also available.

Spacious ensuite bath provides ample counter space and under sink storage. Also, under the sink guests will find dish soap/cloths

Outside, guests can enjoy the private patio with western exposure, making it a bright and sun soaked space. Filled with lush flowers (seasonal) makes for a perfect spot for barbecuing and enjoying a meal.

Guest access
Access is off of lane. Guests will also have access to a parking space (if needed) in the back of house. The lane is off of foster between prospect and buena vista, drive down to the end of the lane to the green house, the middle parking spot is for guests. The entrance to the suite is off of the patio.

Perfect stay

It was the perfect location for a walk to the waterfront, and also close to relatives that live in South Surrey. The apartment was amazing and set up perfectly for us and our dog.

Amazing place to stay in White Rock

We had a wonderful stay in Mark's spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated guest unit with lovely patio. The location was perfect and within close walking distance to the pier, eateries, and coffee shops. Mark graciously welcomed us to his place upon our arrival. We highly recommend his guest studio.

Great Weekend!

We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and his wife. This studio apartment was perfect. We were able to walk to many nearby restaurants and the water. We were able to see the water from the lovely patio. We spent much time on the patio visiting with our son. The apartment itself felt spacious and was nicely decorated. We will look foward to staying again. Mark was a great host.

It is a super location, a super flat, and really well cared for and well managed. Lovely picnic/lunch area… Mark is a considerate host. There is no kitchen, but that was of no concern to me. Good place to be.

Warm welcome

We had an incredible weekend at this nice little spot in White Rock. It's the first time we had the host came out to greet us when we arrived, and that was a sign of things to come. Everything at this property was great, the cleaniness, the small little things that matter like having filtered water to drink, and the things that even high end hotels miss the mark on. Day was not enough to enjoy the beauty of the area

Mark is an amazing host. From a unique and elegant decor to knowledge of the area. Serene retreat

Great place

We live this place. It is very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for what we’re were here for. Mark is a perfect host. We arrived very late and had a bit if trouble finding g the lane we needed but he was waiting g for us and saw that we were not where we should be. We didn’t arrive until 1:00 in the morning due to long lines at the car rental counter at the airport. We would definitely come and stay again. I highly recommend this little Oasis if you are coming and planning on a short stay. Thank you Mark !! We will come again.

Great stay

Very cute studio apartment in a great location. We walked to White Rock restaurants/cafes each day. Quiet, with a nice patio in front of the unit. We’d definitely stay here again.
