Very practical to do everything on foot at 200m: Market every Thursday morning, Pharmacy, bakery, and 1 supermarket 1 km away.
Access to nearby cycle paths.
The property is located: 15 minutes from the Arcachon basin, 10 minutes from Lacanau lake, 45 minutes from the Pilât dune.
