We loved the condo. Was perfect for our stay. Easy - if you can handle uphill - walk to stadium. Loved the view and my grandson especially appreciated the visits from the groundhog. Host was nice and communicative.

Great place! Perfect for our girls trip, super comfortable beds & furniture! Nice, clean & plenty of space for the 4 of us to get ready! Loved that we could look out the windows to trees & the river instead of a parking lot. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointing to see less than 10/10 and no comments to share why. We let every guest know if anything is not perfect to let us know and we will take care of it. Hoping an 8 out of 10 is a strong score in this guest’s mind. In any case, we do see great ratings with almost every stay and we will keep working hard to keep it going!

Property was wonderful. Great communication and support from owners. They were very responsive and helpful when we needed something attended to. We would absolutely book this place again, and recommend them to anyone looking!!

The space was very cute and looked just like the photos. I loved all of the parking available to us. The bathrooms were clean and stocked in wonderful necessities for me and the other guests. The one downside we noticed were the very loud upstairs neighbors who were stomping around at 2:00 and 4:00am. I don’t know if they were residents of that unit or staying in it as a guest. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. The kitchen was clean and well organized as well.

Two couples stayed four nights during the Alan Jackson last call concert. The place is on the small side but was laid out nicely to accommodate everyone’s privacy. It was quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also very walkable or an easy uber to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Donna was very helpful leading up to our stay and proactively resolved a minor plumbing issue as we were checking in.

Quick responses from the hosts. They were very accommodating as we were able to pay a small fee for early check in. The condo is ground level which was easy to get our luggage in. The place has been newly remodeled, we hope to stay here again!

Donna was great. Very reliable with communication and ready to respond to any questions we had. The place was nice overall and walking distance to downtown. Parking was a bit challenging to find at first (maps takes to the wrong spot) but great covered parking once we figured it out. They left plenty of TP (sounds funny but a complaint I have with many vrbo rentals), coffee in the cupboard, a few snacks, and waters. Nice stay in general and nice people.
