The house was recently renovated and restructured with taste in very modern shades of gray and white. Comfortable and practical to live in, it is also very well equipped for pleasant stays: quality bedding, refined furniture, ultra-equipped kitchen, abundant dishes and cookware, garden furniture ... everything to fulfill your desires.
Very well located at the edge of a one-way street, close to the beach (300m) and about 900m from the market (meeting place) and avenue du Général De Gaulle with its shops.
The garden is large and you can have your meals there and take a nap in the sun loungers.
From La Baule you can discover the whole region: Le Croisic, Guérande, Pornichet ... There is no shortage of entertainment around.

** linen supplied in July and August, the rest of the year to offer more attractive prices, linen not supplied, but remains optional + 13 € / pers

Chouette maison, tres bien placée pour profiter de la Baule. A 400m de la plage, dans une rue calme. Le jardin parmet de se poser, et dejeuner sous le parasol en profitant de la plancha gaz.Au dela du formalisme, la communication a ete tres bonne avec l'hôte comme la conciegerie, tous 2 tres reactifs (lave-vaiselle en panne). Les prochains locataires en auront un neuf.Le menage a l'etage est a parfaire. Nous reviendrons facilement

Merci pour votre bon commentaire. Encore désolé pour le lave-vaisselle, nous avons fait au mieux en plein mois d'août pour un neuf, mauvais modèle, livraison reprogrammée. Nous sommes en France ! Je prends bonne note pour le ménage à l'étage et j'en ferais part à la conciergerie et la femme de ménage. Au plaisir de vous revoir. Dominique

Great house in a great neighborhood

This is a lovely House in a very quiet neighborhood. The entire neighborhood is obviously a very nice one with well-kept homes. It is very close to the beach, about a 5 to 10 minute short walk, Where you will find the major hotels, the casino and several very nice restaurants. It is about a 15 to 25 minute walk to the downtown area and about five minutes to the convention center , so all in all it is very well situated. The pictures are very accurate. I did not go upstairs but my roommate tells me that it is very suitable for several children or other people And there is a shower and sink and toilet upstairs. The only problem we found was that there is no toilet in the second bathroom downstairs and the shower is very small but we easily shared the other bathroom. Kitchen is very well-equipped with appliances and plates and everything you will need to make yourself at home. The yard is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. My only disappointment was that I found it totally unacceptable to be toLe to take the linens off the bed, clean the dishes, put them away, generally do all the things Which should be included in a cleaning fee. When I return i will definitely come to Dominique’s Home again.

Maison très agréable mais il manque un vrai barbecue. Le propriétaire est par ailleurs très méfiant ce qui n’est pas très appréciable ! On ne se sent pas les bienvenus (exemple : étagère dans la cuisine avec quelques produits de première nécessité étiquetés « réservé propriétaire »)

Bonsoir, effectivement très optimiste j'avais mis à disposition une plancha à plus de 600€ que j'ai retrouvé TRES sale et avec un revêtement complètement ruiné... Malheureusement, elle n'a pas fait 1 an. Pour les produits espace propriétaire, c'est encore une fois mon côté tout le monde en bon, et gentil, mais alors l'hygiène et le respect de certains m'ont fait prendre cette mesure de sauvegarde, d'autant que la maison est en gestion via une conciergerie, et je ne vous parle même pas des vols de casserole, plats inox, couverts, assiette que nous ne pouvons pas vérifier à chaque fois. avez vous remarqué le chauffage du salon dont le revêtement est mort... C'est aussi pour cela que je limite la location maintenant. C'est sans doute que le comportement d'une minorité, mais

Das Haus war für uns mit 8 Leuten gut zu nutzen.

Bei 12 Personen sollten schon einige Kinder dabei sein. Die Lage ist trotz Strandnähe recht ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns der Aussenbereich hinter dem Haus gefallen.

Super adresse

Maison très agréable quelque soit la météo. Située dans une rue calme, elle est proche de toutes les commodités à pied (plage, commerces, marché...). L'agencement intérieur est bien conçu et fonctionnel, la déco sympa. Un grand jardin avec un espace bbq et repas, et un grand espace ombragé où il fait bon se reposer par grosses chaleurs. Location à recommander.

un descriptif conforme à la réalité qui en plus de nous avoir combler ,nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour dans une maison(dont on aimerait bien être propriétaire) entièrement refaite a neuf Les propriétaires sont sympas (ce qui ne gâchent rien) A consommer sans modération Allez y !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Nous ,en tout cas, on y retournera LES PROPRIETAIRES SONT SYMPAS (ce qui ne gâche rien) DOMMAGE QUE TOUTES LES LOCATIONS NE SOIENT PAS COMME CA A CONSOMMER SANS MODERATION ALLEZ Y !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mais pour nous le principal, c'est que vous ayez passer un excellent séjour tant dans notre maison, qu'à La Baule qui permet à tout à chacun de ce faire plaisir.
