Condo has been fully updated with beautiful interior spaces. Bright and full of light with floor to vaulted ceiling windows. One of the most amazing locations in Dillon. Anchorage 36 is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bath located on Lake Dillon with incredible mountain and lake views. Sleeps 8. Living area has comfortable seating, hanging chair and large flatscreen. Free Wifi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless appliances, a kitchen bar facing the view with 2 stools and lots of room for meal preparation. Dining table seats 8. Spacious entry with outdoor boot bench, indoor gear organizer. Upper floor of this unit is reached by a spiral staircase. Large deck has gas grill, table seating for 4 and deck chairs for 6. South facing deck can be used year-round. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Security camera views the exterior of the front door.

The Anchorage is a beautiful complex right on the water with well-maintained grounds. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, snowsport rentals, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. In the winter enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the lake ice and hockey rink. A wonderful central location.

Great location with great view

Stayed at the property over Spring Break 2022. Property is nicely equipped with most things you would need to feel at home. Great layout with two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs. Very close to almost everything you would want to do (ski, shopping, groceries, etc.). Unit is on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator access but that wasn't a big issue for us. Also, property management was responsive for the most part. Would recommend and stay at the unit again.

Excellent Property

This is a spacious four-bedroom, four bath property, with plenty of open areas and a well-equipped kitchen, all offering a beautiful view of Lake Dillon. Comfortable seating areas and beds. Unlike other condos I've rented, this one has plenty of hooks everywhere you would want one. The only negative was a bathtub upstairs that wasn't draining, but that's an easy fix. We fully enjoyed this condo, and it contributed to a great trip all around for us.
