The cottage Sources Arvey occupies a beautiful spacious apartment on one level, in a beautiful mansion of the 18th, with two large terraces and a garden. A second cottage can accommodate an additional family of 4 people.

This cottage of 240 m2 of great comfort is labeled 3 star by "Gite de France". It offers 15 sleeps in 5 bedrooms upstairs, with 4 bathrooms. Downstairs, you can enjoy a large living room of 70 m2 and a small living room that can serve as an extra bedroom, with its own bathroom. Two cribs for small children are available with high chairs.
The home of a warm country charm is located on the heights, just 10 minutes from Albertville, 25 minutes from the ski slopes of Sambuy and about 45 minutes from the major stations of the Olympic Games.
In summer the cottage is less than 15 minutes from 5 beautiful water, with many amenities: wam, jet ski, water skiing, swimming ... Lake Annecy is less than 35 minutes, with the port of pleasure of the "end of the lake", to rent all types of boats.
The cottage is located in a charming village & quiet in the regional park Bauges, near the Abbey and Fort Tamie (Superb hook-branch). Many walks or mountain biking are possible in a preserved natural setting (meadows & forests).
Ultra cozy & spacious, in a superb property of 5000m² with triple terraces & wellness area, with sauna and pool of spring water (massage by professional on site). Close to amenities (café-restaurant at 100m, shops 10 mins), it offers an unobstructed view of the mountains, including Mont Blanc.

A large fenced garden allows relaxation and well-being in groups: sun loungers, flat playing fields for football, badminton, volleyball, petanque; Ping pong table. Home bike with garage. Access and bathroom for people with reduced mobility. Option "baby cuddle" (bed, chair, mattress, baby bath ...).
