Très bel appartement avec quelques réserves, conciergerie réactive.

Nous avons apprécié la propreté et la très jolie rénovation, la luminosité et la position centrale, l'isolation phonique des fenêtres dans ce quartier TRES ! TRES ! vivant tard le soir. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité et l'amabilité de la conciergerie. Le lit est malheureusement inconfortable (matelas mou, lattes manquantes et instables après réparation, pied cassé) Les ustensiles de cuisine en revêtement adhésifs sont dégradés. Le tambour de la machine à laver est dégradé et abime le linge. Une marche fixe pour accéder à la salle de bain serait sécurisante.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, mais les fenêtres non isolées n'ont pas atténué les bruits extérieurs des bistrots du bas. D'autre part, les lattes du lit sont défectueuses et on y dort très mal.
