Enjoy the privacy of a wooded setting right next to the ocean (you may even see a deer in the backyard), very close to the local golf course and less then three miles from downtown Long Beach. Enjoy the downtown restaurants, beachfront horseback riding, ice cream shops, antiquing, bakery, movie theater, boardwalk, arcade for the kids and general entertainment.
Enjoy the spaciousness of the house to relax or entertain your group. Delight with an easy 8-10 minute private walk to the beach through the woods and the dunes. Have summer cookouts on the deck or just relax and enjoy the views of the secluded backyard encased in bushes and trees for the ultimate in privacy.
The whole group will sleep well with a pillow top king size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the third room, plus a bonus full size futon in the living room. You can have all your friends and family share its ample space with plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining. Use our large expandable dining room table to seat your entire party for a getaway dinner. Curl up with a book and relax on the couch on those cool winter nights.
Historically known as a fishing and clamming area, the Long Beach Peninsula now also boasts whale watching, fishing charters (inland and ocean), hiking, boating & kayaking. Enjoy easy access to Cape Disappointment in the south end of the peninsula, Ledbetter Point on the north end, Willapa Bay, the Port of Illwaco and Fort Canby State Park in nearby historic Astoria right across the river

This is a great place to stay and perfect if you have a dog,. Public attorney great backyard, fire pit is awesome, 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again .

The house was very well kept. Being pet friendly and having great boat/trailer parking clinched our stay at this house. The house is north of Long Beach 5 miles not in the area of Seaview where we had searched. Great find and reasonable value. We will return again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and in good repair. Kitchen was stocked well with the exception there was no frying pan. The house met our needs very well. The host replied to an email I sent in a timely manner. Would recommend the property.

This place was lovely. It offers all you need. Five stars for sure. One point of reference for booking: if you have smell sensitivities to air fresheners I would recommend opening windows for an hour or so, as it has a febreeze smell. I wouldn’t let it deter you, just get there with enough time to let the air come in.

Was very happy with the home.Very surprised at the amenities and options for people to use. Cupboards were stocked with seasonings and spices. There was no food peeler but that was not a big deal. Everything else made up for it .The backyard was large and had a fire pit. Beach walk was about 10 minutes away.Beds were comfy and have no concerns. I’d recommend this cozy home to anyone who wants to feel pampered for their vacation.

Very quiet and quaint older property - it feels like a cabin in the woods. It sat back a little further from the ocean than we expected, but we ended up just enjoying the VERYlarge back yard, nice deck, forested grounds and fire pit instead! It was actually better since we then didn't need to worry about our dogs safety and security with regards to the ocean - they were plenty happy running in the big back yard and forested area.Upgrades have been made, but travelers need to understand it is an older property with smaller bathrooms and kitchen. That said, the kitchen was really well equipped with absolutely everything we needed.The internet went out the first full day of our visit, and the host was really responsive with suggestions on how to resolve the issue; which ended up being a CenturyLink area in the entire area so in the end there was nothing they could do. But, they were really good about checking with us until it was resolved.

Awesome place

We had a wonderful time at this place with the family, slept 7 comfortably. The backyard is a plus plus, quite and surrounded by trees and can hear the surf crashing in the background! The house is beautiful inside and a marvelous kitchen to cook in!

This house is wonderful. Perfect for a family get together. Everything that was promised was provided and when the storm threatened to take out the power the host was very helpful and made sure we were prepared on case of a power outage. We will come back.
