Ocean Oaks 16A Seaside Retreat

Beautifully decorated duplex featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch, and a downstairs primary bedroom suite featuring a walk-in closet. Microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 smart TVs, WIFI. Accommodations include 2 King beds, one in the downstairs primary and one upstairs; 2 Twin beds, and 1 Twin Bed with twin trundle.

Accommodates 8.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

NO PETS; NO SMOKING.

PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES ONLY.

Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points and a community pool.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Jekyll Island Family Trip

Jekyll Island is a great vacation place with beautiful beaches, and plenty of things to do. Our VRBO was fairly new, in a great location, with a wonderful layout. The cleaning company needs to pay more attention to detail, as the kitchen floor had not be moped and the bottom of everyone's feet were dirty. I would stay here again.

After-Christmas getaway

Had a lovely visit spending some quiet time with our family. Quaint, quiet neighborhood. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Easy bike ride into town/shops. Our porch was screened which was very nice for keeping the bugs away while enjoying the outdoors. We would love to visit in the summer and enjoy more beach time.

Great getaway

Place was clean and close enough to the beach to walk. Down side was we were able to access the pool because we never got the code from the property manager. Definitely would come again but should be cheaper if you can’t use all the amenities.

Jekyll Paradise

Nice property in a new subdivision. Clean, convenient and rental company was responsive. Everything was great except the TV does not have Cable TV so we could not watch network programs.

Fun island stay!

We were happy overall with the house. It's in a quaint little neighborhood. It's spacious and accommodated seven of us well. Close (enough) walking distance to the beach. The beach sand was amazing. Was not expecting the ocean water to be dirt colored (though it's clean water). I own a beach home and would suggest offering your guests beach towels and have at least 4 beach chairs and also a starter of shampoo and hand soap. The house was clean with the exception of a lot of dog hairs (mostly in the front living room rug that then tracked throughout the house). I would recommend a stay in this house.
