Estadia maravilhosa

Apartamento luminoso, bem decorado, com todos e mais alguns utensílios, móveis e equipamentos para passar uma óptima temporada. Todos os comentários fazem jus á anfitriã, comunicativa, disponível e que pensou nos mais pequenos pormenores para fazer do alojamento um espaço bonito e muito agradável de se estar.

Uma óptima estadia em Cabanas

Em primeiro lugar devo sublinhar o quão disponível e simpática foi a nossa anfitriã, Carla Marinho! Esteve sempre preocupada com o nosso bem-estar. Em segundo lugar e porque atualmente este ponto assumiu um protagonismo ainda maior, é de realçar a impecável limpeza que o apartamento apresentava quando chegamos, que foi mantida na limpeza a meio da estadia. Cumpridas, escrupulosamente, todas as regras de limpeza e desinfecção exigidas pela pandemia que vivemos. Em terceiro lugar, há que salientar a excelente localização do apartamento. Muito próximo dos barcos para as praias, não deixa de ser um empreendimento tranquilo e com vistas fantásticas para a ria formosa. É ainda de realçar que o apartamento se encontrava muito bem equipado (com a única excepção da louça que se resumia ao número de hóspedes máximo - seis - quando dá jeito ter mais pratos e copos) e tinha divisões de tamanho muito generoso. A varanda do segundo piso é grande e dispõe de uma mesa para seis pessoas, de uns sofás para relaxar após um dia na praia e de um bom barbecue, com uma vista muito bonita. Se há algum aspecto menos bom a apontar é o lay-out do apartamento. Com efeito, tratando-se de um duplex, não faz qualquer sentido que a zona de refeições na varanda seja no andar dos quartos, quando a cozinha é no andar inferior. É só por isso que a pontuação que dou não é o máximo, apesar de querer realçar que todos os demais aspectos foram de facto excelentes!

Casa fantástica

Fomos quase sempre 4 pessoas e a casa tem espaço mais que suficiente para todos. Muito organizada, limpa e não nos faltou nada. A casa tinha tudo. Adoramos o terraço e a grelha. Excelente para deixar o carro no estacionamento e andar sempre a pé para a praia que é mesmo em frente ou nos restaurantes e comércio local. A Carla é muito organizada e tem atenção aos detalhes. Gostamos muito e recomendamos sem duvida nenhuma .

Elegância, bem estar e funcionalidade

Estive duas semanas neste apartamento e numa apreciação resumida e rápida: senti-me em casa. O ambiente está muito elegantemente decorado, mas a decoração não se limita ao visual, é aliada a uma funcionalidade para o hóspede que resulta a 100%. Tudo o que a Carla (a proprietária) compra e arranja é pensado no bem estar e no sentido prático do uso, parabéns Carla! Foi das casa que aluguei, a mais bem recheada de produtos para uso dos hóspedes. Muito importante também a simpatia e profissionalismo com que fomos recebidos. Recomendo vivamente a experiência! Terrific Apartment - Wonderful Hosts

We had a really great one month stay in Cabanas da Tavira in this very nice condo/apartment. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need and the furnishings and decor are very appealing and tasteful. The hosts, Carla and Paulo, are wonderful friendly people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to be helpful and accommodating. Cabanas is a really nice choice for a stay in the Algarve with plenty to do and beautiful natural surroundings. We strongly agree with all the other superlative reviews of this property and highly recommend it. We are looking forward to returning again next year.

Perfeita semana de ferias na região de Tavira

Estivemos conhecendo Portugal em Agosto de 2017. A semana em que aproveitamos em Tavira foi excepcional. O apartamento é de ótima localização, muito perto da barca para a travessia para a praia e também perto de restaurantes, supermercado, e ainda bem tranquilo. O apartamento é completamente climatizado e muito bem dividido para uma família. A decoração é de excelente bom gosto e o terraço maravilhoso com todo o conforto para curtir o final do dia. O apartamento estava perfeitamente limpo e a proprietária pensou em todos os detalhes para que os hóspedes se sintam bem e aproveitem suas férias da melhor maneira possível. Desde livros e jogos para as crianças, como maquina de lavar roupas, cesta de roupa, caixinha de primeiros socorros, sombrinha e bolsa térmica para a praia, bolsa para compras, maquina de cafe nespresso, saquinhos descartáveis ....tudo perfeito! Carla, muito obrigada por esta semana linda que podemos passar em Tavira. Com certeza, indicaríamos este apartamento para amigos.

Compleet! Eigentijtds, schoon,top locatie.

Zeer! verrast waren wij ( ouder echtpaar) dat het appartement zelfs boven! verwachting onze wensen overtrof! Aan alles is gedacht. Het apparttement is eigetijds, modern, er is zefs een perkeergarage. Het is zeker geschikt voor gezinnen/ meerdere personen. Carla, de eigenaresse troffen we bij onze aankomst aan, zij is een uitstekende behulpzame gastvrouw. Bedankt!🌺 De locatie is perfect. Cabanas is een gemoedelijk plaatsje met uitstekende restaurants/ cafetaria's. In de supermarkt is alles te vinden wat nodig is. In Tavira vindt je een Lidll/Aldi. Het bootje waarmee je naar het strand moet licht praktischs voor de deur en vaart af en aan. Wij hebben het er prima gehad en gaan zeker terug komen. Top!! Aparttement. Muito bom.

A localização desta casa é óptima pois encontra-se a poucos metros do cais onde se apanha o barco para a praia de Cabanas. Encontrei a casa muito limpa e arejada a exemplo do que já tinha acontecido no ano passado quando lá estive. A proprietária é uma pessoa fantástica que está sempre ao dispor para dar dicas sobre a região.

Fantástico apartamento e enorme simpatia e disponibilidade da Carla, a proprietária.

É a segunda vez que escolhemos este apartamento para uma semana de férias em Cabanas e não há de ser a última! O apartamento é extremamente espaçoso, muito bem decorado e tem todos os pormenores muitíssimo bem pensados para proporcionar o maior conforto possível aos seus hóspedes. Para além do conforto que o seu interior proporciona, tem ainda um amplo terraço que tanto apreciamos. A Carla, proprietária, é de uma simpatia extrema e total disponibilidade. No dia da nossa chegada, presenteou-nos com um bolo caseiro de maçã simplesmente divinal, bem como um saboroso sumo de laranja natural. Recomendo vivamente!!!

The best apartment we have ever rented

Over the last 15 years we have rented many places all over the world. The majority of them was fine. But Carla's place is by far the most beautiful apartment we ever had the privilege staying in. Everything is top of the line: The cleanness, the tasteful decorating, the well equipped kitchen and last but not least, the beautiful roof terrace with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Carla is the most caring host you can imagine. She is a warmhearted woman who loves having guest in her apartment - and it shows. WE CAN RECOMMEND HER PLACE 110 PER CENT. Perfekte Lage, Einrichtung und Betreuung

Wir waren im November für drei Wochen in dieser Wohnung, die alles bereithält, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Empfang freundlich, die Einrichtung liebevoll bis ins Detail. Von einer guten Kücheneinrichtung über Schreibzeug, Medizinkasten und der Flasche Wein und Wasser, Bügeleisen, Strandtasche, Nespressomaschine etc. war alles da , was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Nase, gute Restaurants und der kleine Markt ein paar Schritte entfernt. EIne Gastherme sorgt immer für Warmwasser in der Küche und zum Duschen/Baden, eine Klimaanlage im Herbst/Winter für angenehme Temperaturen. Carla und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die sich kümmern. Das fehlende deutsche Programm, da es ein Kabel-TV gab, haben wir mit unserem Lap-Top hergeholt. Der Hit ist die Dachterasse mit Loungecharakter und großem Eßtisch, den man auch im November zumindest an den Vormittagen für entspannte Sonnenstunden nutzen konnte. Wir danken Carla für die wunderschöne Zeit an der Ostalgarve. Paar 60+ aus dem Münsterland

Excelente estadia!

Apartamento muito bem localizado, perto do local de embarque para a praia de Cabanas, e de cafés e restaurantes, embora esteja num local sossegado. Tem uma decoração muito agradável, muito bem equipado e de uma limpeza excepcional.A proprietária é muito simpática e prestável para qualquer apoio.Recomemdaria a amigos e gostava de voltar.
