About this property

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home with all hardwood floors and a brand new bathroom and kitchen. The home is located near Castleton University and Middlebury College. The house is 6 miles to Mountain Top Inn, 20 minutes from Pico Ski Area, 25 minutes to Kiilington ski area, 35 minutes to Middlebury College. It is close to restaurants and a wonderful market with fresh seafood and meat. There is a beautiful fireplace that provides a wonderful setting in a cozy living room.

Great place to stay! 25 minutes from Killington

Perfectly located for Killington Skiers

We (a group of three) stayed at Jill's house in Pittsford. She was always responsive through the process, and has been accommodating to reasonable requests. It is perfect located, contains all necessary items for kitchen, and was comfortable. highly recommended.

Clean, nice and cozy house

We stayed at Jill’s place for a weekend at Killington. The house is super nice and close to the ski areas, would definitely stay again if I ever come back.

We were both brought up in Vermont and have raised our 2 daughters here. The Village House is on a 6 acre parcel along with the main house. We love the Vermont outdoors. We ski, mountain bike, hiking, fishing, tennis and working on our antique home.
