Inside, you'll find two furnished living areas, cool tile floors, and lots of attractive furniture and decor. After an invigorating hike on one of the nearby trails or a tour of the neighboring orchard, come back to stretch out on a spacious sofa to watch a good ballgame on the flatscreen cable TV. The full kitchen has all the stainless steel appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare something wonderful for tonight's home-cooked meal. Serve your guests at the dining table with seating for five while the little ones chatter away from the kids' table. Afterward, let the dishwasher knock out all the cleanup while you adjourn to the deck to catch up with friends. You'll love the furnished deck's covered table for five, and the kids can romp around on the grassy expanse surrounding the home. Don't worry about grass stains - the private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay. After some time in the pond, you can easily spritz yourself off under the outdoor shower. When evening falls, gather the gang around the firepit for an evening of toasted S'mores and some fantastic stargazing. At the end of the day, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to snuggle up into, the lower-level primary room with a spectacular views from an entire wall of broad windows. With Killington Ski Area and lots of fun outdoor activities like biking, zip-lining, rock climbing, and tubing to enjoy all around you, this home is truly a vacation destination you'll want to come back to again and again.

Ski Weekend
The house is situated on a beautiful lot with a man-made pond and apple orchards. The house itself is a little weary. Much of the furnishings are thrift store finds and could use some refreshing. We had issues with the WIFI right from the start and there is poor to no cellular service depending on where you are in the house. Communicating with a property management company was extremely frustrating as you are passed off from one representative to another as well as receiving multiple text messages from bots. We finally had wifi at 8 pm on our second night after the technician we were promised at 8 am was rerouted to other properties managed by Vacasa. They provided a refund of $76 for the inconvenience. The main living area has no heat. There is a woodstove, but we arrived after dark and there was no wood, kindling, paper, or a lighter to start a fire. We sat around bundled up on the first night because the temperature never went above 57 degrees. On the second night we found some wood in a shed on an adjacent property (there was no wood where the house instructions said there would be) and we had a nice fire. In spite of the hours (and that's not an exaggeration) spent on the phone with VRBO and Vacasa, we had an awesome weekend and got in some great runs at Pico.

Great Place
This home was perfect for my siblings and our families to stay at on short notice for our Grandmothers funeral. It was the perfect size, there were plenty of beds and rooms. The land was beautiful. Be aware there are no curtains on the bathroom windows (BUT they face trees and land, we just had some teenage girls with us who didn’t care did that part), and as other reviews have stated, there are none in the bedroom with all the windows. We were there when it was in the 40’s, so no complaints about being too cold in that room for us.

Review
The property was great and the property manager was extremely helpful. However there was a carpeter bee infestation in the roof and all the bees started coming into the house, which made it a safety issue and we had to get relocated. So it was not a good experience overall
