Family and Friends Retreat, a newly renovated single story home is set in the perfect location! Less than a ten minute walk to the Meadow Park, where you can enjoy many activities and the best seat in the house for Big Bears ultimate Fourth of July Fireworks Show! The corner lot, being fully fenced and set back from the street has ample parking, including RV parking. Enjoy a BBQ on the front deck with the propane BBQ grill.

Once inside this Big Bear canin is cozy and inviting family room area, relax on the plush new furnishings and enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace.  There is a large flat screen Roku TV, internet and even a corn hole game.  Down the hall and to the left you will find the first bedroom with a twin and a queen. There i  a linen closet in the hallway and just across the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed and a 3/4 bath with newly updated fixtures. Also in the hall is a full bath with new fixtures.

The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar and stools, a gas range/oven combo and ample counter space for meal prep. And includes a Keurig Coffee Machine.  The dining area has a farmhouse style table and at the back of the dining room is a pool table and patio access. At the back of the house is the third bedroom with a queen size bed.

Note: For larger groups, you can also rent the neighboring property Indian Summer with an occupancy of seven.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
