Quiet, private, non-smoking inside condo as well as outside all common areas. Bright and fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Bright dining area overlooking canal. Small balcony off dining area. 2 leather couches and one leather chair in living room. Flat screen television with Xfinity. Free local and long distance calls to US and Canada. Master bedroom has king size bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two bedrooms and has tub shower. Second bathroom is two piece. On site outdoor pool. 2 BBQs available for use in courtyard. On site coin laundry.
Beach is 7 minute walk, tennis, golf, water sports, shopping are only minutes away. Great restaurants quick walk away. On site manager.
