Recently renovated. Kitchen renovation September 2019. Excellent 16 unit complex located on the inter-coastal canal. Quiet. Private. Non smoking inside condo as well as outside all common areas. Non-smoking complex. Bright. Fully equipped kitchen with full size stainless steel dishwasher, stainless refrigerator and electric range. Bright dining area. 2 leather recliner couches and 50" flat screen television. Wireless internet. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The great en-suite bathroom has a rainshower. Second bedroom has two double beds. Main bathroom and shower renovated 2023. On site pool. 2 BBQs available for use in courtyard. Beach is a 10 minute walk. Tennis, golf, water sports, shopping are only minutes away. Good restaurants only a few steps away. On site manager.

We have been looking for a place to get away from dreary Indiana weather in Feb. We found it! Everything was perfect from clean unit, easy checkin, location to beaches and places to eat! Love love love!

December Family Stay

Condo is spacious, clean and in a convenient location for dining, shopping and beaches. We enjoyed the large, updated kitchen and easy access to Pompano beach (10 to 15 minute walk) for 2 adults, 2 teens. Walked to nearby, local restaurants every evening. We didn't use the heated pool, but we saw others swimming in it.

Excellent Condo

Our visit to Pompano Beach was awesome! Our condo was a wonderful place to stay! Walking distance to Beach and restaurants. The pool was heated and crystal clear. The room was so clean and spacious. Winter reprieve

Property was adequately furnished with everything you need. Location was great, but parking was difficult if there were two cars involved. Sofas were soft and could use some new ones.

Fell like I am at home!

This is my 3rd time at this beautiful apartment. The owner Kendra is very easy to communicate and she always have everything on place for me. The apartment is very clean and the pool outside is clean and warm too, my grandkids enjoyed every minute here. We have a Publix next and also dollar store, and we can walking to the beach, take 15min. I give a 10****** for this place! Terezinha

This is an awesome property

We were down in Florida to help an elderly friend move from her Pompano house to North Georgia. We worked hard everyday, but then was able to return to this beautiful property to rest and relax. The condos on the property were very quiet with a great pool and outdoor area. Our condo was very clean and updated. The furnishings were very comfortable. Dealing with the owner was a real pleasure and Ms George was very quick in answering in all our questions. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk and comes out right at the pier. There is plenty of shops and restaurants within walking area. We would definitely rent this condo again!!!

Just perfect

We can not say enough about Kendra and her rental home. From the moment we first contacted her through our stay (including unforeseen COVID-related changes to our schedule), she was unbelievably responsive and accommodating. The apartment was exactly as described -- roomy, comfortable, furnished with everything we could possibly need or want. The building is lovely and we really enjoyed the pool, lounge chairs, tables and even sitting on the breezeway. Also the location, with Publix across the street, countless restaurants in walking or short driving distance, and the beach an easy two block walk away, was just ideal. We've stayed at many rental properties and I would rank Kendra at the very top for owners. Thank you so much!!

Very nice condo complex in Pompano Beach

Quiet Condo Complex...5 minute walk from major grocery store and 10 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Loved everything about this complex and area; hope to return again next winter.

Tidy and lovely

This apartment had everything I needed for a 10 day stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and up to date. The complex has a relaxed atmosphere and is great for swimming or sunbathing. This property is located close to shopping and dinning establishments. There are many beaches in the area. Communication with Kendra was excellent and informative. I would stay here again.

It was beautiful once we walked inside I fell in loved with this Condo. The kitchen was big and the rooms were big as well. It was a perfect place to have a great vacation. The pool area was awesome. We had everything we need close by. Beach not to far and restaurants walking distance. It was peaceful,relaxing and just a great place to stay. A Must-Stay Vacation Rental

Better than advertised! This is a beautifully maintained and updated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Pompano Beach with a large living room and eat-in kitchen. Minutes from the beach and great eateries, as well as a great hub location for visiting Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami (only a 40 minute ride to Miami Beach). The owner communicates actively with you before the trip and answers ALL questions immediately. In addition to all linens, the condo includes a kitchen stocked with all the necessities and extras. A beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels are also included for those traveling by plane. It is a quiet building, the pool area is gorgeous, and the pool is lovely. The beach area, eateries, and shops can be reached by car in less than five minutes. It can be walked, but driving is easier as there is ample parking with reasonable meter rates.

Excellent location only problem is they don’t stock any toilet paper.. or napkins .. or paper towels do don’t expect to use bathroom after long trip cause nothing to wipe with.. complain twice to separate visits still no paper

Large and well maintained condo in a very good location,

The property is well maintained. Clean and well serviced. The rental was large and clean. The area of the rental is ideal. We could walk to the beach or nearby stores or a host of restaurants. It was a very fun area near the intercostal and beach.

A Perfect Choice

Everything was wonderful. The condo was in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by many stores and restaurants that were within walking distance . There was a very nice pool and the complex was spotless.

Terrific!
