This building and this unit was completely renovated in 2018. All updated appliances and furniture. 3 bedroom corner-unit condo. First floor with patio out front. Ocean view but this unit is not ocean front.
Master bedroom with king bed and en suite shower and toilet. Cable TV in bedroom.
Guest bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds.
Guest bedroom 2 has queen bed and cable tv in bedroom.
Living room sofa converts to queen size sleeper bed.
All updated appliances: stainless steel refrigerator, range and microwave.
Ground floor patio overlooks pool and ocean view. Outdoor table and chairs and grill.
Parking directly in front of unit with 4 steps up into unit.

Fortunate Find !

Obtained this wonderful condo after prior renter was forced to cancel late in the season. The unit far exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities, furnishings and decor, and location within the complex. The pictures provided in the listing do not do it justice ! The owner was extremely cooperative in fulfilling a couple of our special requests, and provided plenty of information about the unit, the large housing complex, and the surrounding area. All in all, it was the best experience of our many past stays in Florida !

Great Stay!

We found the condo to be very clean, very well furnished, very convenient to the beach. The kitchen had every small appliance one could ask for. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we would certainly rent this condo on the future.
