Séjour merveilleux. Vue magnifique . Je remercie le gérant immobilier pour sa disponibilité et sa ponctualité. Vraiment l'accueil a été parfait. Si je puis me permettre un petit conseil pour le propriétaire et ce sera parfait : il serait bien (pour les gens qui ont besoin d'un kit draps ...) de mettre à disposition une couette d'été (puisqu'il y a une housse de couette) et un drap housse d'un m. 80 les draps plats n'étant pas pratiques à faire tenir en place. Il suffit de cela, le reste est parfait, l'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig, und man hat zu wenig Platz für Kleidung etc. Dadurch wirkt es immer sehr zugestellt. Die Toilette könnte eine neue Klobrille vertragen. Der Eigentümer sollte über ein Endreinigung Service nachdenken. Das würde sicherlich helfen. Allerdings ist die Aussicht unschlagbar und lässt über vieles hinweg sehen. Insgesamt okay.

une agréable location

L'avis est très positif pour cette location qui présente un bon rapport qualité prix: les + : vue sur mer encore mieux que sur les photos ; balcon petit mais qui reste très appréciable pour y manger ; accès à la plage juste en bas ; place de parking ; literie chambre principale de qualité ; communication facile avec le propriétaire. les - s'il faut en trouver :) : le bruit lié au bar de nuit juste en bas et ce jusqu'à 3h du matin (personnes alcoolisées, discussion animées, chants...) cela reste un vrai problème mais difficile à régler ; le lave linge est d'une autre époque la gazinière aussi (ces 2 petits investissements seraient les bienvenus) ; il n'y a pas de quoi réellement étendre le linge. Mais attention ce logement reste quand même très bien pour preuve nous comptons y revenir.

Je vous remercie beaucoup pour vos appréciations.Il est évident que je ne peux pas gérer la nuisance du bar ,surtout en période estivale. Peut-être pourriez-vous passer un séjour hors saison d'été ? J'ai investi dans un tancarville pour le linge. Pour les équipements ménagers, je verrai cela lorsqu'ils seront hors service. Dans l'attente de vous retrouver aux "Terrasses". Cordialement

Wohnung mit tollem Blick, aber sehr veraltet.

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon. Sehr komfortabel ist auch der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz und der Aufzug. Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal renoviert werden. Es stehen sehr viele private Dinge herum. Die Toilette hat kein Fenster oder eine adäquate Entlüftung. Leider nur drei Sterne. Schade.
