About this property

Beautiful Contemporary Waterfront Property

Our 3-Bedroom home sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnisquam. When you enter the front door you will be amazed at how open and spacious, yet warm and inviting our home is. The living room features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood flooring and lots of over-sized windows to let the natural sunlight in. The house is open concept with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining room area which makes it great for family gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for a quick snack or less formal meal for the kids. There is a large deck off of the dining room that comes complete with patio furniture, a grilling area and stairs to dock and beach.

The entire main floor has been recently painted. We have added a 3/4 bathroom on the lower level across from the master bedroom. We have also just recently had the entire retaining wall around the shoreline replaced and upgraded to include granite stairs into the sandy beach area.

The lake isn't just for summer vacations, there is so much to do and see all year long. We're close to all the ski resorts, snowmobile trails are all around us, Weirs Beach, NH International Speedway just to name a few. Don't wait, book your next vacation today - you'll be glad you did.

We had an amazing time, the sandy beach area was perfect for the kids and we had plenty of room to put our boat on the dock and park the trailer up front. The house was well stocked with pots and pans and linens. It was a beautiful spot to spend the week!

We loved this home. Easy to get there…plenty of parking…great location on the water. We brought our jet skis and rented a boat for a few days and really enjoyed all the water sports. We had great weather all week. The owners were very quick on getting back to us on any questions we had too. Overall a great relaxing vacation. We would definetly stay again!!!

Amazing home

This home has everything and a lake right outside the door! We are three families who had lots of space, time to share lake fun and cozy camp fires together. It is the best place to stay on lake winnisaum.
