About this property

Beautiful Contemporary Waterfront Property

Our 3-Bedroom home sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnisquam. When you enter the front door you will be amazed at how open and spacious, yet warm and inviting our home is. The living room features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood flooring and lots of over-sized windows to let the natural sunlight in. The house is open concept with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining room area which makes it great for family gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for a quick snack or less formal meal for the kids. There is a large deck off of the dining room that comes complete with patio furniture, a grilling area and stairs to dock and beach.

The entire main floor has been recently painted. We have added a 3/4 bathroom on the lower level across from the master bedroom. We have also just recently had the entire retaining wall around the shoreline replaced and upgraded to include granite stairs into the sandy beach area.

The lake isn't just for summer vacations, there is so much to do and see all year long. We're close to all the ski resorts, snowmobile trails are all around us, Weirs Beach, NH International Speedway just to name a few. Don't wait, book your next vacation today - you'll be glad you did.

We had an amazing time, the sandy beach area was perfect for the kids and we had plenty of room to put our boat on the dock and park the trailer up front. The house was well stocked with pots and pans and linens. It was a beautiful spot to spend the week!

Amazing Place

This home has a wonderful location on the lake and the home is a great size to accommodate our family for the week. Dianne was quick to respond and the home was inviting and especially nice for my young kids to have some toys to play with.

Perfect house

Gorgeous home and views!!

Stayed here with five of my girl friends for a weekend - we had such a blast. The house is big and open but the outdoor spaces are what really blew me away. The deck view is amazing and we even got use out of the picnic table down on the dock. Definitely will be looking to stay here again, hopefully next summer! Thanks Dianne :)

Marvelous accommodations for a Highland Bike Park season ender!

Stunning well maintained home in a beautiful setting with all the fixings you would need for a fantastic weekend away! Owners were very responsive to questions and were great to deal with. Looking forward to returning next season when the weather is warmer so we can skip the hot showers and clean off in the lake!

Amazing as always

This property has become our annual vacation spot. We love it! The location is perfect. The house is lovely. The upgraded kitchen is incredible. Even with rain, it is still perfect. The sand for the kids to play in, the sand bar near by, the awesome deck… literally perfect.

Fantastic rental!!

We loved everything about this property! We’ve been visiting the lake for over 15 years and this was our best location yet! Great beach for kids, excellent docks for swimming and boating, and very convenient location to stores and attractions. The host was extremely professional and responsive, and the house was clean and extremely kid friendly. We had an amazing week of bikes and family time for the Laconia 100 year! We will be back!

Perfect property

This property was absolutely perfect for our mixed group of adults and kids! Toys galore in the basement. Beautiful dock/patio to sit on at the water. Steps into a clean, sandy swim area. Gorgeous sunset views. Host Dianne is exactly what you want in a host. Excellent communication. Hope to be able to stay again next year!

Nice, cozy & quiet lake house!

Couldn't have asked for anything more! A nice cozy lake house with all the necessary accommodations for a family vacation! We were a party of 5 and had more than enough room for hanging out and privacy! So many things to do around the area even in Winter when everything seems to be closed for the season! Gunstock Mountain & The Escape Room Experience in Laconia were very entertaining & fun! Shaws around the corner kept all your cooking needs in order. Patrick's Restaurant was delicious & not far at all for a night out of eating! The Tangler outlets had just the right amount of stores if you needed anything in a pinch! Dianne was a great hosts & will definitely reserve again if we are up this way!

Fun Bachelorette Weekend

A group of us rented this house for my sister's bachelorette party. The place was beautiful and felt bigger than pictured! We ate all our meals outside either on the deck or picnic table down on the dock. The beds were comfortable and the basement is huge, plenty of room for a couple air mattresses. We went to Weirs on Saturday night, only about 15 minutes away. We were unable to find any Ubers or Lyfts, but found a taxi service that was able to take the lot of us. Diane was very responsive by text and we had a great time hanging by the lake all day. Would rent again!
