This condo has many benefits due to the fact it is centrally located in Lake Havasu City with walking distance to almost everything you need for your stay. Grocery store and gym are 1 mile away. The lake is connected to rotary park entrance that is 500 ft of walking distance with a decent view from the patio. Condo had a community pool and hot tub. And if you you want to just stay indoor and relax there is WIFI, Hulu, Netflix, and board games.

Renting from a slumlord!

Had trouble with TV on arrival. Bathtub wouldn't hold water, water ran constantly. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Used liquid plumber daily. No curtain on bedroom window so we hung a bath towel over it. Dryer was not vented properly so lint was constant. Filter had 2 inches of lint on 1st day. Grill was so dirty we got alot of smoke & fire so gave up on it. No hangers in the closet, shelves were filthy so we bought hangers. Says it sleeps 4, would have to sleep on the floor with no bedding. Furniture was stained & dirty. Only plus was location & very nice people in the complex. Owner was threatening when he came to fix TV. VRBO was no help.
