The Residence Punta Asfodeli, located on the outskirts in a quiet and sunny position, 50 m from the sea with a sandy beach, is surrounded by greenery with private internal parking. Available beyond the classic rest activities with an umbrella and two deck chairs, a tennis court, a playground for children, a beach volleyball court and a soccer field with grass. The adjacent wharf also carries out dinghy rental activities. A family of four with children will forget about many worries letting themselves be immersed in a splendid natural habitat still little contaminated. Older children will have the opportunity to meet with peers and participate in possible sports competitions on the beach. Grocery store at 1.5 km. Apartment 19A is rented full optional, with no additional extra charges for cleaning, water, gas, electricity; also includes a small welcome kit. Equipped with natural ventilation system with blades, and air conditioning system. A modern retractable kitchen, equipped with closable doors, which will be able to show off only when you need it. Equipped with large fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, 4 gas burners, dishwasher, served complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery for 6/12 people, pots, and various general support equipment. Terrace with relaxation area and extendable table. Two bedrooms, one double with 360 ° swivel TV and one with two single beds, large built-in wardrobes, bathroom with bidet, 50 liter boiler and splendid comfortable 1sqm shower with large shower head and sliding rail. Bed linen and towels are included together with other accessories: hairdryer, laundry, drying area, iron, vacuum cleaner and everything needed for cleaning. Reservations are accepted with small pets (one). Those traveling with pets must be aware that it is not possible to take them on the stretch of free beach (order of the Harbor Master's Office for the whole region) but can use the large park of the residence. Please collect any residues.

Una tranquilla soluzione

Appartamento molto carino con tutti i comfort . Peccato i vicini di casa che sono anche proprietari degli appartamenti ai quali da fastidio avere persone che si godono la vacanza . Ci hanno creato disagio una mattina chiudendo l'acqua dal contatore. Per il resto tutto bene ci tornerei

Settimana di relax

Siamo stati ospiti a casa di Cristina la settima di ferragosto. La casa é accogliente ,pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort per trascorrere una vacanza in completa serenità. La posizione comoda permette di raggiungere le spiagge a piedi e dista a due minuti di macchina dal centro di porto rotondo. Consigliatissimo!!!

Urlaub in einer schönen Umgebung

Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben fast alles so vorgefunden wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es waren genug Teller und Geschirr vorhanden, allerdings alles etwas durcheinander in Schubladen oder Schränken. In der Wohnung haben wir einige Mängel vorgefunden....der Toilettensitz war locker und man rutschte ständig beim Hinsetzen in eine Richtung weg, das Licht am Spiegel fehlte und der Duschkopf war kaputt... Dies haben wir reklamiert. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und es lag ihr am Herzen, dass die Mängel schnell behoben werden, aber geregelt wurde alles durch eine Haushälterin. Man war wirklich bemüht, uns zu helfen, allerdings hat man für die Behebung der Mängel 4Termine gebraucht (am 2.Urlaubstag morgens kam die Haushälterin und hat die Lampengrösse ausgemessen und abends ist sie dann mit einer zu kleinen Lampe gekommen, am 3. Tag sollte dann der Ehemann von der Betreuung die restlichen Dinge reparieren. Wir hatten einen Termin für abends vereinbart, aber leider haben wir umsonst gewartet- man hat uns vergessen und am 4. Tag wurde dann alles repariert. Das hat natürlich wertvolle Urlaubszeit gekostet, aber der Duschkopf und der Toilettensitz wurden ausgetauscht und LED Leuchte eingesetzt. Darüber können sich nun die nächsten Urlauber freuen. Der Boden der Dusche war nicht ganz sauber( insb. Rand des Duschbodens). Die Ablüftung im Badezimmer ist sehr laut/raschelt sehr laut. Und wenn mal wieder Stromausfall ist und die Hausanschlusssicherung im Hausverteiler ausfällt, dann lässt man sich besser vorsichtshalber zu Beginn des Urlaubs von der Haushälterin zeigen, wo man den Hausanschluss finden kann-den muss man im Garten sonst suchen. Sehr positiv zu bewerten sind die Betten/ Matratzen in beiden Zimmern.Wir alle konnten sehr gut schlafen. Super ist auch der Parkplatz/Schranke öffnet sich nach Eingabe eines Codes; immer ausreichend Platz/Parkplatz war immer im Schatten. Der Strand(etwa 50 Meter entfernt), ist ein Naturstrand/eine kleine Bucht mit vielen Steinen...eher nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet und auch nicht vergleichbar mit den vielen wunderschönen Stränden an der Costa Smeralda. Aber man konnte natürlich am Strand spazieren. Von dort aus hat man auch einen wunderschönen Blick auf Porto Rotondo. Wir haben die Wohnung besenrein verlassen ( Spülmaschine ausgeräumt, Müll entsorgt, Betten gemacht, die Wohnung mit Besen gefegt - Fotos als Beweis liegen vor)

Davvero molto soddisfatti

Con la mia famiglia siamo stati in questo appartamento molto bello, curato, pulito e provvisto di ogni comodità come anche lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Durante entrambe le settimane di soggiorno abbiamo mangiato sul terrazzo: sufficientemente ampio e protetto da sole e vento. La gestione al nostro arrivo e alla nostra partenza sopno state perfette. Consigliamo a tutti questo bel appartamente inserito in un contesto residenziale molto piacevole. L'annuncio è risultato coerente con quanto abbiamo trovato. Consigliato vista anche la posizione strategica a pochi minuti da una delle spiagge più belle che abbiamo visitato (spiaggia IRA).

Casa tua al mare!

Appartamento con ottime rifiniture, moderno. Pulizia ottima. È la prima volta in vita mia, di appartamenti e ville ne ho girati tanti, dove ti sembra di essere a casa propria. Dotata di ogni comfort e tutti gli elettrodomestici e prodotti di uso quotidiano. Si trova in una zona molto riservata vicino alla spiaggia, discoteche e migliori locali che offre Porto Rotondo. Consigliato!!!

Quando si sta bene il tempo vola...

Già, è proprio così. Il tempo è volato: 14 giorni sembrano esser stati troppo pochi. Il nostro soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato a dir poco delizioso. Casa molto curata, ci siamo ambientati immediatamente. Non manca davvero nulla, anzi, c'è di tutto e di più!!! Accoglienza splendida e massima disponibilità da parte di Claudia. Nessun problema. I proprietari Cristina e Alessandro sono persone serie e gentili. Molto utili ci sono tornati i consigli del "librone" verde; abbiamo provato qualche ristorante consigliato e ne siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Noi consigliamo anche i ristoranti "Brezza Marina" (spettacolare vista), "Stella di Gallura" e "Lu Stazzu", tutti di Porto Rotondo (molto vicini a casa). Le spiagge sono incantevoli; ci sono rimaste nel cuore Cala Brandinchi, Cala Sabina, Capriccioli, Rena Bianca (anche se un po' distante), Romanzino e la spiaggia del Principe... un po' meno Porto Taverna, ma nulla da dire comunque, solo un po' affollata!!! La spiaggia del residence è godibile e tranquillissima. Per fare la spesa noi abbiamo approfittato dei centri commerciali Terranova e Auchan, tutto sommato raggiungibili in una decina di minuti (20 minuti per Auchan). Che dire ancora? SICURAMENTE TORNEREMO !!!!!!! La Sardegna è incantevole e il luogo scelto per soggiornarvi è stato il top. Elena, Simone e Giulio (5 anni)
