Lovely villa in Sainte Anne

The hosts, Mr. & Mrs. Bapte, were very receptive and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is well situated, close to the beaches of St. Anne and the larger shops in Le Marin. We loved the open-air layout of the villa which allowed the Caribbean breezes to flow from the front doors through the back doors and kitchen openings; closing the bedroom doors for air conditioning if needed. The outside dining was lovely and we enjoyed the refreshing waters of the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and the Baptes keep the property very clean. When we return to Martinique we would love to stay here again.

Apartment in Paradise

There are two rental apartments on this very attractive property. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 4 days with friends and then the one bedroom for 2 weeks. We fell in love with the Sainte-Anne area in general and this property in particular. It is an 18-minute walk to the the village center from the apartments. There are two grocery stores with just about anything you would need for a week. We saw a fisherman in the fish market one morning with a cooler of freshly caught tuna. There are a number of friendly beach bars in town, and the Creole restaurants are especially fine. The property is situated in a well maintained suburban neighborhood as you can see from the satellite view. On the weekends some of the neighbors had parties, but there was never enough noise to be a problem. The pool was quiet and private and a wonderful feature. And it is only 6 meters from the kitchen door. The dining table in on the patio outside the kitchen door. We were entertained at breakfast by cheerful lesser antilles bullfinches Buddy and Betty. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook for a week. The refrigerator has an enormous ice making capacity. The host is very nice and available via WhatsApp, and he frequently checked on our stay. He offered more fresh towels and linens than we needed.

Piscine géniale! L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour cuisiner, sac pour faire l'épicerie, 2 chaises de plage, une glacière et même un sac de jouets de plage pour les enfants. À 5 minutes des plus belles plages et de restos sympas. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et répondent à nos questions et besoins. Merci beaucoup Guy-André et Gisèle! Ce fut un séjour très agréable. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Localisation idéale, proximité de la plage accessible pour une promenade piétonne. Piscine sécurisée et très propre. Douche extérieure utile après la plage. Endroit paisible, hébergement bien pensé et intime même si les autres unités sont utilisées. Bonne connexion wi-fi, hôtes qui s’occupe très bien de leur établissement. Literie et serviettes impeccable avec un parfum incroyable. J’y retournerai assurément!
Tellement agréable les volets ouverts le jour. Le soir on ferme le tout et on utilise l’air climatisé.
Chaises longues, tables extérieures et foyer charbon accessible. Chaises et glacière disponible pour la plage.

Martinique

Excellent séjour, merci à Monsieur Bapte. Le logement correspond très bien à nos attentes, l'accueil très bien et un propriétaire au top pour ses locataires. Je recommande à 100 % cette adresse car bien localiser et surtout un propriétaire aux petits soins pour nous. C'est une adresse que je ne manquerai pas de vanter ses mérites. Merci a vous car nos vacances ont été parfaites.

Séjour à Saint Anne

Une grande parenthèse très loin du quotidien, ici tout était accessible à 10 ou 15 min à pieds, pas besoin de prendre la voiture tous les jours. La trace des Caps nous a permis de découvrir en randonnée (par étapes) toutes les anses autour de Saint Anne en alternance avec des visites plus éloignées. Un très beau séjour dans un logement agréable et des hôtes très attentifs et disponibles.

Très bon séjour

Le logement est fonctionnel pour un couple avec un enfant. La cuisine est bien équipée pour des vacances, le logement était propre. La piscine est un plus agréable. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances et nous n'hésiterons pas à réserver à nouveau chez M et Mme Bapte si nous revenons dans les environs.

Tranquillité et bien situé

Endroit suffisamment éloigné de la ville ce qui fait que c'est très calme et en même temps l'accès aux plages communales et aux commerces est facile (environ 1km). Ceci nous a permis de rester 3 semaines, sur les 6 passées au total à Sainte Anne, sans voiture ce qui est très reposant. Mr et Mme Bapté sont charmants et à l'écoute. Leur propriété est bien conçue et permet la cohabitation avec les autres locataires sans gêne. Améliorations à apporter : robinets thermostatiques et amortisseurs pour les portes.

Endroit calme et bien placé

Avons passé 2 semaines parfaites dans le F2 qui est très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre au bord de la piscine, proche du centre ville de Saint-Anne et des belles plages du Sud. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur implication à rendre notre séjour agréable. Le linge est très propre et la piscine est très bien entretenue. Nous avons découvert un endroit agréable que nous recommandons vivement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
