The Tide's End open-concept floor plan allows for breathtaking views and endless entertainment. The main room includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas. Overlooking the ocean are two master king-bed suites with tiled baths. A third bedroom has a queen bed and offers views of palms and other tropical foliage. All of the bedrooms have blackout drapes. Separate pantry and laundry rooms provide ample storage and a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The pool and beach area are a paradise for kids and adults. Enjoy the large pool and related water and beach activities, or relax in the spill-over unheated Jacuzzi with the calming sounds of the rolling surf. The outdoor gas or charcoal grills offer a spot to cook your day's catch and ample seating to dine outdoors. Solar shades provide relief from the sun, and you can also relax in the comfortable hammock nestled among the palms. The cabana on the beach also has hammocks for the perfect oceanside nap while enjoying the Caribbean Sea breeze.

Indoors, kids and adults alike will find numerous entertainment options, from board games to a selection of favorite movies. An Xbox One system provides gaming, Netflix, and music on the main 65" 4K curved screen. All three bedrooms have 40" LED TVs with Amazon Firesticks and Blu-ray players. Rain or shine, activities on the island abound. Cayman Brac is a world-renowned diving destination. Dive and snorkel off our beach or take in several marked shore dive sites around the island. Amazing trip!!

The house is beautiful and well maintained. Julia is amazing at communication Derwin was awesome. The View and the sunsets were spectacular we spent a lot of our time in the pool and the jacuzzi and traveling around the island. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful Home

We love to cook. The home had everything we could possibly need, and the large kitchen made it easy for multiple folks to work at the same time. The beds and linens were fantastic! Lots of towels too. Floating and swimming in the pool was dreamy. Can't wait to return.

The perfect home away from home

Tides End was a perfect fit for my family for our Easter Staycation. The house is very spacious and was our home away from home and provided us with everything we needed. Our children enjoyed the pool, beach and hammocks. My husband and son had a great bonding time grilling up our meals. My son enjoyed taking photos of the amazing sunsets each evening. We would recommend with out hesitation a stay at Tides End!

Peaceful, Beautiful

Great house with a great location! If you are looking to sit back, relax and catch a beautiful sunset, this is the place for you. House was super clean and well kept! We enjoyed visiting the local restaurants along with using the grill to enjoy a meal at home. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Perfect vacation on Cayman Brac!

Everything was absolutely perfect, start to finish. House is spotless, looks just like the pics in the listing, and is very well equipped. Cayman Brac was just what we were looking for to disconnect for the week and enjoy the week exploring the island, relaxing by the pool, kayaking, etc. We did take a trip to Little Cayman based on everyone’s recommendations and it did not disappoint! Hope to return soon!

Exceptional!

This house and the hosts are 5+ stars in every aspect. This is our second time staying; the first was two years ago, right before COVID hit the world. We contacted Julia and Troy last-minute for this recent trip, as we had some time free up, and fortunately the house was available. Exceptional in every way; we spent a lot of our time outside, in the water (pool or ocean), kayaked for a bit, read books under the shaded cabana - and had a relaxing visit. Highly recommend!

What a treat!

This was our third trip to Cayman Brac and the first time staying at Tide's End and what a treat it was. The pictures do not do the property justice. The interior is spacious and comfortable (bed and couch). There are multiple places to sit and relax outside to enjoy the amazing view. Sunsets here are just as good as at the end of the island. The pool is so nice to have on windy days when it's too rough to snorkel. We were already planning our next trip before we even left. The Owners and their property manager are easy to contact and very helpful and responsive. Definitely a 5 star property!

A Piece of Paradise

This is our second time vacationing in Cayman Brac and we are thrilled we stayed at Tides End. We could not be happier with this lovely home and it's caretaker. Derwin met us at the airport and made sure we got to the villa without issue. He explained all the amenities in the house and gave us a thorough tour. We were speechless when we saw all the spaces, but particularly the beautiful view from the back yard area. Absolutely stunning! As expected, we spent most of our time outdoors listening to the ocean from the hammocks and sitting by the pool. What a wonderful space to enjoy! The inside of the home is equally as perfect. Everything is modern and updated and there is so much space. Beds are incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms are huge. All of the areas are immaculately clean. House comes with everything you need - plenty of towels, kitchen items, personal products, outdoor/water equipment. We wanted for nothing while we were there. We loved exploring the island and enjoying the cuisine but mostly we loved hanging at the house soaking in the beautiful weather and gorgeous view. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the most amazing stay.

TIde's End is Vacation Perfection

My husband and I stayed here with my 2 sisters and their husbands for the week of August 13. To say that the home and location are absolutely perfect is NOT doing it justice. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a wall of windows that open up to vast ocean views - step outside the French doors and find a sparkling clean swimming pool, a "cold" tub, dining area for 6 and a delightful palapa with 2 comfy hammocks and a swinging chair. There is a kayak that we used several times a day, snorkeling equipment - and shorkeling right off of the shore is AMAZING - we saw gorgeous fish and a couple of Eagle Rays! The house itself has 3 very comfortable bedrooms. The beds are again, perfect. And unlike many place we have stayed with nice beds - the PILLOWS are also perfect, soft yet supportive. The sheets on the beds are these pure white high thread count things that make you want to stay in bed all day. The ultimate in comfort. We loved them so much that I messaged Julia right as we were leaving to find out where we could buy that mattress! The kitchen is COMPLETELY stocked with whatever you can imagine - truly, down to the last thing. Plenty of (nice) dishes, every cooking pan and utensil we needed - there is even a Ninja blender, which came in handy for our (multiple) frozen cocktails. We recommend Tide's End without exception. Julia is the best VRBO communicator I have ever run across, her replies are typically less than 30 minutes, but more frequently less than 5. She was kind, gave us great tips on things to see and do. BOOK THIS PLACE - you will never regret it!

Amazing Property & Vacation

We visited the amazing island of Cayman Brac from Jan24-Feb2 ‘20 and found ourselves picking one of the most fantastic houses to stay in. Our group (2 couples) have stayed in a lot of rentals all over the Caribbean and found this to meet & exceed our needs. Derwin met us at the airport when we arrived and led us to the house which was less than 10 minutes from the airport. Once at the house he walked through and explained things to us and happily provided recommendations of some local restaurants to eat dinner. As we passed the Kirkconnell Market we decided to stop in for breakfast supplies only to find they had closed 5 minutes earlier. Staff there re-opened and let us do our shopping. This was the mantra of the Brac residents. Happy, smiling and always happy to have guests. The house is a well built structure with all the amenities you will need for your stay. The king beds are super comfortable, the multi speed fan helps keep cool and the zoned A/C helps as well. Each of the master bathrooms have spacious showers and double sinks. The motion night lights were definitely an added benefit. The kitchen has a great selection of pots and pans as we like to cook most nights. Plenty of silverware, dishes, glassware and plastic collection perfect for outside. Decent sized laundry area which comes in handy along with a pantry with some amenities. The main living room and dining room is open to the kitchen. While we barely spent any time there it was comfortable both at the dining table and the sectional couch. Their TVs and entertainment selections are excellent. Outside is where it’s at! A nice sized pool and seating around. We spent most days from 0700 (w/ coffee) until after sunset on the pool deck or under the gazebo reading. Having the grill was great to cook up some eats most nights. The view of the sea is breathtaking and a few steps on to the beach and you can see amazing sunsets. I highly recommend Tides End and the island to anyone looking for a getaway. Troy & Julia are amazing owners and their communication before and during our stay were second to none. If you like fishing take Derwin up on a cruise. His knowledge is outstanding and you’ll have a great day with plenty of fish to cook a few meals. I’ve left a bottle of rum in the lazy Susan for the next guest. Hope you enjoy Tides End as much as the Kernsley2020 Trip did.

No doubt about it, this is an amazing home in a lovely location. The layout of the house is well thought out. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. The real highlight is the ocean and the pool. Snorkeling from the house was good. Short drives around the island to access a various heritage points and other snorkel sites.

Lovely House, Well Equipped

Wonderful house!

Great location and house for couples. The pool is a great size, unfortunately we only had so-so weather but had it been warmer we would have gotten more use. The kitchen is well equipped and laid out nicely. If you’re looking for night life, the island has limited options but if you’re looking for a low-key, relaxing trip, it’s perfect!

Absolute Paradise

Perfection Part II

This was our 2nd (and in no way our final) stay at Tide’s End. Just like the first time, everything was perfect. Beyond comfy beds/pillows/linens. Amazing, fully stocked kitchen (including any spices needed to make yummy meals). We actually found the allspice berries that we brought on our first visit in the spice cabinet, and used them in our jerk chicken recipe (again!). Improvements to the beach include removing some heavy rock so that it has a more “beachfront” feel. We chartered a trip with Derwin to do some fishing and hit Point of Sand over on Little (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). Perfect, absolutely amazing. ONE small tiny recommendation would be to replace the coffee maker - we had some difficulties with the coffee being weak, even when adding 2x the amount of coffee we typically use. But that is SUPER MINOR! STAY HERE.

Perfect Home

The home was just perfect for our stay. The beds are super comfortable, the pool was great, we enjoyed the hammocks, kitchen well equipped(especially with seasonings), great towels, so easy to snorkel off the beach(saw rays, tons of fish, baracuda), quiet. Loved the hammocks. Would come back.

Even better than advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property lives up to the pictures and more. The home was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. We loved the layout and the two identical suites were perfect for our group. The private pool was well shaded and the outdoor amenities were awesome. We had so much privacy and quiet - it felt like we were on a private island. We hope to return some day soon!

Tides End

This is truly a tranquil place! Awesome house, we always travel as 2 couples and this is the first place we've seen with 2 master king suites that are both ocean front. The pics and listing are truly spot on. Would definitely come back and recommend this property. Local food was great! Our favorite was the Jerk Chicken from the Golden Jerk. Lots of restaurants and bars to visit, cave exploring was fun and the diving is world class!
