Large independent studio (30m2), 2 to 3 people, located at the edge of the Vilaine in a green setting. Sheltered terrace full south with sight on the marina of Foleux.
The house is located on the GR39, many hikes, mountain biking and canoeing available, fishing spot, near the villages of La Roche-Bernard, Rochefort-en-terre, La Gacilly, beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan .

Ein kleines Paradies

Auch wenn man viel reist und häufig in Ferienwohnungen übernachtet, gibt es zum Glück immer wieder mal diese eine Wohnung, die einen komplett positiv überrascht. Dazu gehört diese. Ein Appartment in optimaler Größe für mich als Alleinreisenden, aber bestimmt auch völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen. Alles ist sehr sauber und auf überdurchschnittlichen Niveau, Bad und Küche sehr neu, vollständig eingerichtet. Die Matratze ist gut. Der Vermieter hat mich sehr freundlich begrüßt und war auch die restlichen Tage immer ansprechbar und bemüht, mir den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Ich habe mich stets willkommen gefühlt. Das größte Plus aber ist der Garten, direkt an der Villaine gelegen. Sowohl Sonne als auch schattige schöne Bäume und direkt am Ufer gelegen. Der perfekte Platz, um Ruhe zu finden. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr ruhig und reizvoll. Die 4 Tage, die ich dort war, waren eindeutig zu wenig.

C'est la première fois depuis cinq ans que les locataires ne sont pas pleinement satisfaits, ce que nous regrettons. Nous venons de modifier l'annonce en conséquence, bien que selon nous, avec un accès qui lui est propre, le studio est bel et bien indépendant.

Belle parenthèse

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le studio bien équipé, la petite terrasse , sa proximité de la Vilaine, le spectacle des bateaux dans le port de Folleux, le hamac, le calme, les échanges avec notre hôte, aussi prévenant que discret, le prêt du canoë et des vélos... . Bref ce fut une merveilleuse parenthèse!

L’appartement de Christine et Paul

L’appartement de Christine et Paul est très charmant et il est situé joliment au bord de la rivière. Il se trouve au rez-de-chaussee, tandis que les hôtes habitent au première étage, ce qui n’a jamais causé de problèmes. L’intérieur est très sympa, la cuisine est super bien équipée, le jardin avec la terrasse sont tout à fait charmant. Une deuxième entrée au jardin donne assez de sphère privé à chauque locataire. Le hameau Foleux avec son port très proche de la maison est très jolie et le restaurant du port offre des bon plats et en été un programme culturel. Pour visiter la mer il faut au moins trois quarts d’heure - ce que pour nous était parfait. Pour Christine et Paul c'est la maison de campagne et ils en profitent avec une grande joie qu’ils partagent volontièrement. Les deux sont très gentils et courtois et toujours ouvert pour répondre des questions ou pour aider avec quoique ce soit. Bref, nous avons beaucoup aimé d’y passer nos vacances !
