Newly renovated house, part of an old farmhouse in the countryside. Located 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Pléneuf Val-André. Ideally located near the Côte de Penthièvre you can discover remarkable sites such as the capes of Erquy, Fréhel ... Outside the house you can enjoy the wooden terrace with its shade sail and your private garden gives you direct access to the heated pool. Inside the kitchen area is fully equipped, housing is composed of 3 bedrooms with possibility to twin beds and 2 bathrooms, one private room.
