La Fermette, completely renovated in 2022, is a charming farmhouse in the heart of the village of Plévenon Cap Frehel.
Well-exposed, bright house with a private terrace and landscaped garden of 100 m², all on a 1,500 m² property enclosed by old walls.
Children welcome (cot, high chair, etc. available on request).
Small local shops on site, bakery and delicatessen 20 m away, market in summer, restaurants.
Cap Fréhel is a protected natural site classified as a Grand Site de France. Hiking trails start in the village and the beaches are 1,200 m away.
Internet connection in the gîte.
Pets on request.
A home away from home, with no surprises, comfortable, welcoming, and where you can enjoy quality time with your family, whatever the season. A remarkable garden and a peaceful environment for everyone to enjoy, with the sea and beaches nearby.
New, high-end bedding. Classic coffee maker and Nespresso machine, garden furniture and deckchairs, barbecue. Table tennis table. Sheet rental on request, €10 per bed.
