TWO above-ground hot tubs are the perfect place to unwind after a great day on the slopes! Soak away the day’s runs or rides at up to 104 degrees, just outside our back door!

BEDROOMS ALL WITH PRIVATE BATHROOMS & TVs

In the privacy of your own bedroom, experience the rustic modern style of the lodge! Charming pine trim is paired with updated decor throughout. And best of all, each and every bedroom is complete with its own en suite bathroom! You'll love the updated marble vanity tops and subway tile showers - almost as much as not having to share your bathroom with anyone except your roommate!

Each bedroom features either a king or double bed, and some of our rooms have additional twin-sized beds in the form of convertible sleeper chairs (rooms 3, 4, 5, 11), or a day bed (room 13/14)!

- We offer a mini-split ductless A/C for the great room/kitchen; central air in bedrooms 1-6, and portable A/C units in bedrooms 7-13/14! We also offer fans for your comfort!

We are committed to guest safety! Your host is a proud holder of the Breezeway Short-Term Rental Safety Inspector (STRSI) Certification! Our property also has a commercial fire system with 24/7 active monitoring!



HISTORY

The Highline Lodge was Killington’s first ski lodge, built by the Hubbard Family around 1960 and originally named Alpenhof Ski Lodge. It is only original ski lodge remaining on Killington Road. Enjoy staying in our historical home!

GUEST ACCESS

You will have exclusive access to the main level great room and kitchen/dining room, half bathroom, lower level living room with attached full bathroom, game room, all 13 bedrooms and bathrooms, and all outdoor areas including the hot tubs, deck, and lawn. There are some storage and utility areas that are not available for guest access and are marked as 'Private'.



AVAILABILITY

ADVANCE BOOKING: Our calendar opens for bookings 12 months in advance!

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DAYS:
Our goal is to be as flexible as we can regarding check-in and check-out days for our guests! That being said, we do have a couple of limitations to ensure the wellbeing of our housekeeping staff:

-During ski season, we are generally not able to offer check-outs on Fridays or Saturdays, or check-ins on Saturdays or Sundays.
-Check-in/check-out days also vary around holidays.

If you are interested in booking a stay that would require an exception, especially for a stay of 5+ days, please send an inquiry about your specific dates before submitting a booking request and we are happy to do our best to work with you!
