Propreté à revoir équipement très faible propreté du jardin à revoir pas de garde de corps sur escalier allant à l'étage confort du clic clac très moyen pas de protège oreiller sur oreiller sale joints du réfrigérateur noirs contrat de location reçu seulement à l'arrivée et il y aurait besoin d'un four intégré dans le micro onde et c'est la première année que nous n'avons pas un petit cadeau de bienvenue

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble. La maison est petite mais fonctionnelle pour un couple c'est idéal, la loterie est très bonne la maison est proche du centre ville à pied c'est faisable sinon pour aller sur Royan, St Palais sur mer ou même St Georges de Didonne où la plage est très bien au passage on peut s'y rendre en bus (arrêt de bus du stade à 50 mètres de la maison) sinon en vélo ou en voiture car à pied c'est un peu loin. Le point négatif malgré que la maison soit au bout d'une l'impasse on entend bien l'avenue qui est très passante.

Le petit jardin ombragé est un réel plus: Il fait un peu chaud dans la chambre quand la température extérieure l est aussi: les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques : Maisonnette très fonctionnelle

Petite maison au calme et bien agréable pour séjourner à proximité de Royan.

Jardin, calme. Equipement simple mais complet et parfaitement fonctionnel. Bien placé. Séjour parfait hormis un pneu crevé sur la ferrure du portail qui sort du sol. A savoir ou à aménager par le propriétaire.

Très bon séjour dans cette petite maison avec jardin . La maison est bien équipée et propre .L'endroit est très calme dans un quartier résidentiel . Le centre ville de royan est a 15 minutes à pieds . Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble .Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles .

Maison très petite mais très bien aménagée. Cela fait penser à un bungalow mais sur deux niveaux. Les propriétaire sont charmants, dans l'ensemble tout c'est bien passé. Seul bémol, une présence sonore de l'avenue trop importante à mon goût, surtout le matin matin.

Vacances merveilleuses !

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette petite location dont nous étions les premiers locataires. Elle est située au bout d'une allée voisine à d'autres habitations. L'endroit est très calme. La proximité de l'avenue Malakoff n'a pas été une gêne. La location est située à mi-chemin entre Pontaillac, le petit marché de Vaux et proche de Saint-Palais. Pour les amoureux de la marche à pied et du vélo, vous pouvez ranger la voiture qui est dans une cour fermée. Très appréciable. Les plages de Pontaillac et de Saint-Palais sont accessibles en vélo mais aussi à pied pour les plus courageux et voiture bien sûr. Les propriétaires sont charmants et soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires. Vacances merveilleuses ! Agnès et José - Août 2019
